(Voice over: Talon Wilkinson): …who will survive? …Who has the endurance, the will, the desire, the skill, and the heart to win… This is Code Red Wrestling. THIS, is Crucible.
A large fireworks display erupts around the UA-tron as the sold out crowd is on their feet as ‘‘Stronger” by Kanye West blasts over the PA system. The fans are going insane as the camera cuts to ring side with the CRW commentary team!
(Kelly Reyes): Welcome everyone, this is Crucible! We are here live in A.C. Atlantic City, New Jersey and tonight Eli we will all bear witness to the epic marathon that is CRW’s Crucible!
(Eli Brooks): You are right Kelly, this is going to be insane! Four rounds of action with 16 wrestlers, PLUS we have the World title match, which is a Last Man Standing match between Michael Dredge and Logan Neilson!
(Kelly): We won’t be featuring a lot of promos or video vignettes tonight folks, this will be all wrestling, all the time because we have 15 tournament matches tonight, plus the last man standing world title match, this will be an action packed event for sure!
(Eli): Kelly, right now, pick a winner for this tournament.
(Kelly): …I’m going to go with… Lucas Payne.
(Eli): Wow… Dark Horse pick Kelly… but I’ll give you credit, because Payne will be beat by my pick… Kevin Legacy!
(Kelly): Well… We’ll have to wait and see how things go here tonight, but I think it’s time to get this show on the road and get the first match underway!
Round One: Diego de la Vega & Daniel Fury vs. Chris Mosh & Grim Draconis
(Announcer): Our opening contest is scheduled for one fall and is a Crucible Tournament first round match!
The camera pans around the arena. The crowd goes into a frenzy, chanting the name of the wrestler they wish to win.
(Announcer): Introducing first, standing at six foot two inches tall and weighing in tonight at two hundred and twenty pounds.. Daniel Fury!
"Renegade" by Styx begins to play while the lights dim slightly.
Oh Mama Im in fear for my life from the long arm of the law.
Fans stand up and start to rumble.
Lawman has put an end to my running and Im so far from my home
The crowd starts to cheer as they recognize the familiar tune.
Oh Mama I can hear you crying your so scared and all alone.
A search light pans around the arena.
Hangman is coming down from the gallows and I dont have very long
Everything goes black for a half second until the song screams "YEAH!"
The lights come back on full force as a large plume of silver pyro explodes above the entrance ramp and the song kicks in full force! The fans cheer loudly as Daniel Fury stands in the cloud left by the pyro in his ring gear ready for action. Fury raises his left arm in the air to a loud reaction before running and sliding under the bottom rope, popping to his feet quickly and climbing the nearest turnbuckle, pumping up the fans before returning to the center of the ring. He tests the ropes before turning towards the entrance ramp.
(Kelly): Fury has made a quick impact since his debut. Some are tipping him to go far tonight.
(Announcer): And his partner, from Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico. He weighed in at two hundred and thirty pounds and is your reigning CRW Apex Champion... Diego de la Vega!!
"El Rey" by Vicente Fernandez begins to play out. Diego De La Vega enters the arena with a lot of energy. He raises his left arm while slapping his chest twice with his right arm. As he walks down the ramp he exchanges high fives with people along the side reaching out to grab him. He climbs the ring steps and slingshots himself into the ring from the apron. In the ring he raises both arms and points to the heavens while bowing his head, saying a small prayer. He turns to Fury and the two shake hands.
(Kelly): It looks like Fury and Diego are on the same page here. That will certainly help their chances of advancing.
(Eli): You don't want to get too buddy-buddy. The guy you're teaming with this round is your opponent next round.
(Announcer): And their opponents. Introducing first.. Originally from Long Island, New York, but now residing in Las Vegas, Nevada.. “The Pretty Boy” Chris Mosh!
We will rock you by Armageddon fills the sound system. A smiling Chris Mosh walks out and the camera gets a close up. He walks down the ramp winking at all the pretty girls then stops at the steps and looks around. Slowly he walks up the steps, gesturing for Vega and Fury to move back. He jumps over the ropes and spins to the middle of the ring where he show off his body.
(Eli): Now here's a man I can get behind. Chris Mosh has the confidence and ability to go all the way.
(Kelly): But he's not on the best terms with his partner. Can they co-exist?
(Announcer): His partner, from Villisca, Iowa.. Grim “The Reaper” Draconis!!
The stage, ramp and ring fill with blood red smoke as "Scream'' by Avenged Sevenfold hits the arena and Grim Draconis walks out with a towel over his head and the towel has what looks like dried blood all over in Reaper walks towards the ring at a steady pace. He stops just short of the ring, staring down his partner.
(Kelly): The issues between Grim's brother William and Chris Mosh are well known to CRW fans. Will they play a factor tonight?
(Eli): If they do, it might just cost them the match. You have to put all differences aside for the chance to advance.
Grim stays on the floor, clearly letting Mosh know that he will have to start the match. Diego and Fury have a short discussion, before the Apex Champion steps onto the apron. While Mosh and Fury circle our official calls for the bell.
DING DING DING
Immediately the two charge forwards into a collar and elbow tieup. They match each other, moving back and forth as both men attempt to gain the upper hand. Ending up in a neutral corner the break is called. Fury breaks clean and Mosh charges out, ducking the raised arms and rolling his opponent into a schoolboy. It's kicked out of before a count can be made and both men get to their feet.
They stare down before charging again. Fury shoots a leg that takes Mosh down. Before he can get a hold in Mosh kicks him off and kips up.
(Eli): Very evenly matched in the opening moments here. Who will get the upper hand?
This time Mosh sidesteps the Fury charge. He drops down on the rebound, allowing the running Fury to step over. On the second rebound Mosh connects with a dropkick right to the chin, which he follows up by delivering a stop. Letting Fury up slightly, he then delivers a whip into his teams corner. Mosh grabs the middle rope either side of Fury and starts delivering hard shoulders into the midsection. Each shot folding the man over while the crowd boos.
(Kelly): Mosh not allowing Fury out of the corner, and our fans quite rightly getting on him for that.
(Eli): You do what you have to if you want a victory.
After three hard shoulder shots Mosh steps back to let his opponent fall to the floor. He ascends to the second turnbuckle, but gets tagged on the back by Grim, who quickly steps inside much to the annoyance of his partner.
Grim takes control by quickly locking the rising Fury into a front facelock. He pulls the hold, stretching the neck muscles out. Fury repositions his feet, before popping the hips to deliver a northern-lights suplex that he holds for a bridge.
1..
2..
Draconis easily kicks out and the two separate to allow themselves to rise. Fury takes the most of the chance, reaching out a hand to allow Diego to tag in. Vega leaps the rope and the crowd light up with a “campeón” chant. He and Grim each extend a hand, and the two quickly touch as they circle. They meet with a tieup. Draconis takes a wristlock that sends Vega to one knee. The Mexican struggles, trying to find an escape. Before he can, Grim transitions to a hammerlock. Diego spins out slightly, drop toe holding his opponent, then floating over into a grounded side headlock.
(Kelly): A nice sequence of holds here as the crowd show their appreciation.
(Eli): Credit where it's due, this match is only just getting started, I'm expecting much more before it's over.
Vega works the hold while Grim shifts his body, trying to work an escape. The legs shoot up and around the neck, which breaks the hold, giving Draconis control. Twisting on the floor, Diego rises to his feet, head still trapped. Rolling through he breaks the hold and gets back into a headlock. Using the hold for leverage he pulls both men to their feet. Just as they reach standing, Grim pulls backwards and pushes Diego into the ropes. Catching the rebounding man around the waist he falls backwards, throwing Diego overhead in a belly-to-belly suplex. Vega lands hard on his back, sliding under the bottom rope from the impact. Grim rises and gets a slight-cheer. He looks around and sees Diego climbing back onto the apron.
(Eli): We know Grim likes to perform a DDT using the ropes, could we see that here?
It's not to be, as Diego catches Grim in the midsection with a shoulder between the ropes. Leaping over the top, Vega takes his opponent down with a sunset flip, but doesn't get all of it. Instead Draconis rolls through the move and hits the seated Vega with a hard soccer ball kick to the chest. Dropping down he hooks the leg to attempt a pinfall.
1...
2...
At the very last second Diego throws up his shoulder with force.
(Kelly): Last second there from the Apex Champion. I think the suplex earlier winded him, and the punt just accentuated that.
(Eli): Look at Chris Mosh there, he's been shouting at Grim to tag, but keeps getting ignored.
(Kelly): That won't go down too well. He looks to be almost at breaking point.
Grim steps back, then runs at a rising Diego. The swinging foot misses a punt kick attempt due to Vega spinning to his feet. Draconis turns right into an arm drag, then rises up into a second, before a Diego dropkick leaves both men on the mat.
(Kelly): Here we go. This might be the time when things change.
(Eli): Both Fury and Mosh are fired up here. They want in big time.
The two slowly pull themselves up and towards their corner, crawling towards the outstretched hands. Diego summons his last energy to push on, his swinging hand connecting with that of his partner. At the same time, Grim reaches the ropes and pulls himself up, all the while being shouted at by Mosh. Despite some reluctance, Draconis reaches out for the tag. Instead of getting hand he's met by air as Mosh drops from the apron with a smile. A furious Grim turns right into the Carbon Footprint (Brogue kick), which sends the already-loud crowd into a bigger frenzy of hype. Fury steps onto the apron, before slowly climbing to the top turnbuckle.
(Kelly): We all know what this means... Falling Fury straight ahead!
(Eli): This one might be ove.. Wait!!!
Chris Mosh leaps back onto the apron, pushing Fury from the turnbuckle and into the ring. Gloating to the front row he doesn't notice Diego running across the ring. Diving forward, Vega goes between the top and middle rope, spearing Mosh to the floor, and leaving the two men in a heap at ringside.
(Eli): What carnage here in this match. Everybody down, who will stir first?!
(Kelly): Bodies on the line as they all want to progress to round two. Remember, their opponent in the second round is their partner here.
In the ring the official checks the two men and begins to count.
1... 2...
Still Fury and Grim remain motionless in the ring. Outside, Diego rolls off Mosh and hangs himself over the guard rail.
3.. 4..
(Eli): This could be a case of who comes round first. That man will surely get the win here...
Both men slowly get back to their feet at the same time, Fury using the ropes to pull himself up and Grim doing the same on the far side of the ring... As they each turn to face each other in the center of the ring, Grim throws a punch, but Fury ducks it but Grim manages to grab him and lock on his Koji clutch submission!
Fury struggles to get free when suddenly from the top rope sails Diego! He drop kicks Grim in the face, dropping him to the mat, pulling Fury down on top of him in the process!
Diego stands and jumps with excitement as the ref counts 1......2......3!
(Announcer): Here are your winners, Daniel Fury and Diego de la Vega!
(Kelly): Diego and Fury advance to round two!
(Eli): Impressive match by the pair of rookies, but I can’t say I’m surprised... I didn’t expect Mosh and Draconis to coexist very well, and we saw some good team work out of Diego and Fury. Now it will be interesting to see how Diego and Fury fair against each other later tonight.
(Kelly): That is for sure Eli... and remember, the Apex Championship will be on the line in round two!
The camera cuts backstage to Talon Wilkinson’s office. He is standing by with CRW reporter, Jasmine Locklear.
(Jasmine): Hello everyone, I’m Jasmine Locklear, and I am here with CRW Owner Talon Wilkinson. ...Talon, you have an announcement to make?
(Talon): Yes I do Jasmine... Folks I am sorry to announce that tonight’s scheduled Women’s championship match has been cancelled. Ms. Naomi Nightingale has been put on medical leave due to a very severe condition she has been fighting recently. She will be out indefinitely, but I hope to have her return sooner rather than later.
(Jasmine): So have you informed Jasmine Lee?
(Talon): Yes I have, she was not pleased, to say the least, but I have promised her she that next week on Face Off, we will make it up to here with a very interesting match and announcement. Now everyone, enjoy Crucible!
(Jasmine): Thank you Mr. Wilkinson... guys, back to you...
Before the camera cuts back to ring side, we see Krista Meth storming out of the building with security following closely behind... The camera stays focuses as she exits the building and slams the door hard behind her. After a moment, the security guards turn and walk way and the camera cuts back to ringside.
(Eli): Well folks, in case you haven’t seen it yet on CRW.com, Krista Meth has left Code Red Wrestling, due to her extremely violent tendencies, the sponsors threatened to retract their funding if she was allowed to compete after her massacre a few weeks ago, so when CRW approached her about either toning it down or taking a different roll, she opted to void her contract... We wish Ms. Meth the best in the future, but God have mercy on anyone who crosses her path... she is a true lunatic.
Johnny Saint & Fallen vs. Freddie Styles and Angelus Dante Ambrosi
( Announcer): The following is a 1st round Crucible Tag match set for one fall. Introducing first, Johnny Saint! “Faint” by Linkin Park plays for a good twenty seconds then Johnny makes his way down to the ring. He stops before the heads to the ring and looks the crowd over before he runs down and slides under the ring ropes to enter the ring. He goes to a corner and jumps up and down ready for the match. (Announcer): And his tag team partner, Fallen! "Welcome to the Family" by Avenged Sevenfold begins to play as the arena dims and red lights flash around the arena. On the CRW-Tron flashes the words....In every Saint there is a Sinner.... As pictures of Fallen’s masks flash across the screen one by one. Ending finally on his current mask. Then the words....And in every Sinner there is a Saint!.... As the pyros explode, the spotlight stops on Fallen standing on the ramp raising a black bat high into the air. He quickly runs down to the ring and slides in under the bottom rope. He quickly jumps up and hops to the second turnbuckle raising his bat high. He turns and sits on the top turnbuckle as he adjusts his taped hands and awaits his opponent. (Announcer): And introducing their opponents… first, coming to the ring, Freddie Styles!
The screen cuts to the [fXs] symbol as the first beats of “No Church In The Wild” by Kanye and Jay-Z hit the arena. As the song moves into the chosen verse, Freddie steps out from behind the curtain as he just stands there, bouncing from side to side, before making his slow walk towards the ring. Freddie slowly walks up the ring steps, and steps through the ropes. He then stands on the middle rope, holding one arm above him, before stepping down and leaning over in a corner, awaiting the beginning of the match.
(Eli): No Arora? Well that blows.
(Kelly): I’m sure she is staying in the back to avoid distractions, I’m sure if Styles makes it to the second round, she’ll be out here for sure.
(Announcer): …and his partner, from Dover, New Jersey… accompanied to the ring by Whitman Trent Frost… Angelus Dante Ambrosi!
“No Rest for the Wicked” by Hed PE begins to play as the lights go out. A spot light then shines on Ambrosi who is wearing a fedora, a three quarter length jacket with the straight jacket type straps across the chest. He has a 6ft black and gold New Orleans Saints themed walking stick with a gold skull top. Whitman Trent Frost walks into the spot light wearing a gold long sleeved dress shirt with black tribal and skulls on it with black dress pants. The lights turn on as the two men walk to the ring. Ambrosi walks at the same pace as Frost with his cane. By the time they make it to the ring the song hits its refrain. Frost and Ambrosi enter the ring calmly and slowly, Ambrosi makes it to the center of the ring and takes off his jacket to reveal a long moonless night gothic kilt. The kilt actually goes past his ankles and has a slit on the right side showing his normal knee pad and boots when he spins around. Frost takes the jacket and hands it to the ring helper as he exits the ring.
(Kelly): Wow… ADA looks completely different here tonight Eli.
(Eli): And its not just the gothic kilt… look at his face, his entire demeanor has changed.
(Kelly): Look at how he is glaring at Freddie Styles… Look at him, I didn’t realize losing the Apex title would mean so much to him.
(Eli): Its not just the Apex title, it is the face that Freddie Styles and ADA’s Ex, Arora are together for some reason.
Ambrosi and Styles begin to talk trash back and forth amongst themselves… The bell rings, and the two men at odds with one another snap out of their struggle and attack Saint and Fallen with precision, as if they’ve worked together before. The ref tries to gain control of this match by putting Fallen and ADA to the outside. ADA clotheslines Fallen and catches the ref in the process, taking all three men to the outside!
Eli: Look at that, at the opening bell too!
Saint hits a scoop slam on Styles, then follows it up with a rear chin lock. Styles tries to reach the ropes and finally does, but the ref is not there to break the hold, so Saint continues to grind the lock in till Styles finally frees himself with a reversal. Saint picks Styles up and whips him into the ropes, but he comes back leaping up and catching Saint and bringing him down with a great tornado DDT.
Kelly: Nice DDT by Styles!
Meanwhile on the outside of the ring, ADA smashes Fallen's head into the steel steps, and then gives him a backdrop. ADA then rolls Fallen into the ring, and then picks the ref up and rolls him in as well. ADA then walks over to the corner, and removes the top two turnbuckle pads. He picks Fallen up, and whips him into the exposed turnbuckle. Fallen hits the corner, and crumples in a heap, and down to the floor, grabbing his back where the turnbuckles hit. As the ref comes to he sees only ADA standing on the outside, Styles covering Saint and Fallen is nowhere in sight.
Eli: Vicious tactics by these rivals ADA and Styles. I love it!
The ref makes the count, 1...2... Saint kicks out. As Styles is going to pick Saint up, he gives Styles a few elbows to the gut causing the crowd to cheer for him, then he takes off into the ropes and comes sprinting back going for a cross body block, but Styles counters with a dropkick in mid air taking Saint out. Styles tags ADA in and both men walk over and drag Saint into the center of the ring and begin beating him down.
Kelly: Look at this two on one attack, where the heck is Fallen??
ADA picks Saint up, and tosses him into the exposed corner. Styles runs over and hits a spear, driving Saint right back into the corner again, delivering more punishment. ADA runs over, nearly hitting Styles, as he lays into Saint. Punches, kicks, ADA is just destroying Saint in the corner. Kelly: ADA is losing it! He's snapped! Eli: Oh yeah, and I'm loving every minute of it! Styles pulls ADA off of Saint, who then falls to the mat in a heap. ADA slides to the outside, and grabs Fallen, tossing him into the guardrail before sliding back into the ring himself. Styles grabs Saint, tosses him to the ropes, kicks him in the gut, and hits the Ride the MARTA. ADA takes over as the legal man, locks in Soulless as Styles locks in a figure 4, and Saint has no choice but to tap out!
(Announcer): Here are your winners… The team of Angelus Dante Ambrosi and Freddie Styles!
(Eli): Well, this one was never really in doubt… not to me anyways.
(Kelly): Sometimes the luck of the draw pays off, sometimes it doesn’t… Saint got stuck with Fallen who hasn’t won a match in, I don’t know how long, and then being matched up against ADA and Styles… ouch. Styles and ADA will be at each other’s throats later tonight I am sure, but they knew they had to get to that point first, and they put their problems aside.
(Eli): I can’t wait to see ADA vs. Styles! Especially if that hot chick comes out with Styles.
(Kelly): You mean Arora?
(Eli): Yep… She’s smokin’!
The scene cuts back to the locker room once again as ADA leaves the ring with Whitman Frost and Freddie stands on the middle rope celebrating the win.
The cameras backstage follow a large security force that walks in front of Jack Bookman as he steps out of the rear exit to find a wall of Occupy protesters.
(Occupying Hippies): LET ED FIGHT! LET ED FIGHT!
Bookman looks on in disbelief as he sees Eddie standing in front of the large group nodding as they continue to chant their demand.
(Bookman): Jesus Christ Eddie, come on man! For God’s sake, you’ve lost. The event has started, you didn’t get approved.
(Eddie): Jack, you can make this happen! Listen to the people… do you really want a riot tonight?
The Occupying force breaks out into a giant cheer at the word “Riot” immediately bringing the security forces to their top level of attention.
(Bookman): Ed, don’t make me do something we’ll both regret… I’d hate to have to let you go.
The crowd is on edge now as Eddie looks on when suddenly Talon appears from the building, pushing past Bookman and the security team.
Talon stands in front of Eddie, nearly nose to nose… He is not amused at all as the Occupiers begin to boo him.
(Talon): …Ed, do you REALLY think you can survive a night like this? After surgery, after nearly being forced to retire?
Before Ed can reply, Talon cuts him off and continues ranting.
(Talon): If you want “this” that bad… You know what… F*ck it!
The Occupiers erupt into a cheer as Eddie looks at Talon with a smirk as Bookman stands in disbelief.
(Talon): I’m not doing it for these degenerates, I’m not doing it for you… I’m doing this so that you learn a damn lesson tonight when you get so hurt that you can’t compete ever again… and Trust me Eddie, you won’t have an easy path.
(Bookman): Talon! You can’t….
Talon cuts Bookman off without even looking at him.
(Talon): JACK, shut up and get back to work!
The fans cheer outside and from inside the arena as Eddie nods and finally gets to speak.
(Eddie): …SO… who am I replacing?
Talon smirks and lets out a laugh.
(Eddie): …
(Talon): I had planned on a new signee to team with Justice Legal since there’s no chance the team would advance, but I’ll tell you what, the new guy can wait until Face Off to debut, because YOU get to team with that loser Justice Legal tonight against Black Death and Karl Sykes!
Talon turns and walks way, brushing past Bookman who is still shocked and beside himself.
Eddie walks up to Jack and pats him on the shoulder condescendingly.
(Eddie): Expect the Unexpected Jack-o…
Eddie turns to the Occupiers.
(Eddie): Thank you all for your support!!! WE DID IT!
The crowd erupts into another cheer as Eddie walks into the arena and the scene to Jasmine Locklear who is standing by with Black Death…
(Jasmine): Hello CRW fans, right now I would like to welcome James Wallace, Mr “Black Death”
(James Wallace) That “Black Death”, James Wallace to you little lady..
(Jasmine): So, we are here at Crucible, You have a chance to make a definite impact and make a massive name for yourself in CRW. How do you feel about your chances
(James Wallace): Well, I don’t think I need Crucible to make a “Massive” name for myself. I think Crucible allows me to go out there and show the world what I already Know. James Wallace is ready to make an path right to the top.
(Jasmine): I know you have a lot of fans out there, but let’s talk about on thing, and one thing I know will be very important, you are teaming with a very angry Karl Sykes, that I know first hand
(James Wallace): Well, All I know is that we have to go in there, and as mad as Karl might be he knows that the path to a championship is winning this thing. And to win, we must start with the first match.
(Jasmine): With that said, How do you think to fair against the hot streak Justice Legal is on and whoever his partner might be
(James Wallace) Well, I think that favors us. Because as much as some might think we have to prepare for anything , it’s actually Legal who has to prepare, anyone can walk through those curtains.
The camera Pans back as Karl Sykes is right behind James Wallace with a cocky smirk on his face. Jasmine steps back as Wallace turns his head to See Karl right behind him
(James Wallace): May I help you, I’m in an interview
(Sykes): Really, you think I don’t see that. I do, But I don’t care, because at Face-Off I was right here, standing right where you are at now in front of her, when they figured a women’s match was more important. So you tell me. Do I care?...Why don’t you stop pandering to this bimbo and go and get ready for our match, I’m sure there’s a bucket of KFC in the back somewhere with your name on it
Black Death Visibly gets angry but then smiles
(James Wallace): First, watch your language around the lady, Ms Jasmine is a fine interviewer….(JASMINE SMILES)…and you see this
Black Death lifts his massive arm and makes a muscle that covers Karl Sykes face
(James Wallace): that did not get there from KFC…that got there buy ripping the head off of snot nose punks
(Sykes): I’m not scared of you.
(James Wallace) I hope not…
Sykes looks at B.D and takes a deep breath and walks away staring at B.D
(James Wallace): I’m sorry about that missy…where were we, oh ok…no I’m not worried one bit…..(He winks and taps her chin as he walks away as jasmine blushes)
The scene cuts back to ringside where Kelly and Eli sit…
(Eli): Eddie is in! I can’t believe this…
(Kelly): I really hope he is making the right decision… this is really dangerous. Especially considering the match up and the amount of matches he could face if he gets past this first round bout.
(Eli): I think Black Death and Karl Sykes will have something to say about that. They are two heavy hitters, no doubt about it!
Karl Sykes and Black Death vs. Justice Legal and Eddie Phoenix
DING DING DING…
(Announcer): The following is scheduled for one fall! First coming to the ring, from Baltimore, Maryland. The Predator, Karl Sykes!
“Where the Spirit Leads Me" by Times of Grace plays as Karl Sykes walks out on to the stage carrying a bottle of water. He looks into the crowd as he receives a mixed reaction before slowly but confidently walking down to the ring. Once in the ring he takes a long drink from his bottle and throws the half empty bottle into the crowd, showering most of the front row, he smirks as his music fades out.
(Announcer): and his partner, from Las Vegas, Nevada… BLACK DEATH!
“Perfect Strangers “ by Deep Purple plays , Black Death comes out in a sleeveless hooded sweat shirt. He stands still at first , does a once over looking at the crowd. He has a smile on his face and makes he way to the ring . He slides in under the bottom rope , moves to a ring corner ,takes off the sweat shirt and bounces in the corner ready for the match to begin.
(Announcer): and their opponents… first coming to the ring, from London, England… Justice Legal!
"Rusted From The Rain" By Billy Talent hits and the crowd goes wild as a spotlight his the ramp and strobes lights go off. Justice Legal walks out and points at the fans as an smile cracks on his face.He walks down wearing his ring gear and a t-shirt that reads "Legal Action", he walks down the ramp high fiving his fans and then stops at the bottom of the ramp where he looks from side to side then slides into the ring.He gets on the turnbuckle and does a Randy Orton like pose. The referee and everyone else turns to the entrance ramp as everyone awaits Eddie Phoenix’s return, but before his music even hits, Karl Sykes smash Legal over the back with a chair! The ref doenst see it, but B.D takes the chair away as Sykes gets in his face. B.D mashes him away and throws the chair out as the fans cheer for Black Death. Sykes looks at B.D then turns his attention to the ref and turns the ref and ask him to start the match and make the count. The ref doesn’t know what to do so he gets down and makes the pin but B.D comes in and pulls Sykes off and shakes his head no. Sykes pushes B.D asking him what is he doing. B.D tells him “No, not this way” Sykes punches B.D as B.D grabs his jaw and checks for blood, then comes back with a big boot to Sykes who goes down. B.D smiles and goes back on the other side of the ropes
(Eli): Wow, Why would B.D not want the win?!
(Kelly): Because he is a stand up guy, he has class, he wants to win the right way, he’s not a vulture!
(Eli): and He definitely isn’t a predator, what an idiot.
Both men are down as “Amazing” by Kanye West hits as Eddie Bolts out the back to an eruption of cheers. Eddie comes out and is running to the ring as he slides in, center of the ring. The fans are going nuts. He looks at Legal as He helps Legal up. The ref is ask Eddie if he is ready. Sykes is on one knee as he goes and tags B.D hard in the chest. B.D acts like he is going to hit him and makes him flinch. Sykes gets out the ring as B.D comes in, Legal steps out and is surprised to see Eddie and gives Eddie a hug. Eddie Stands in the ring, B.D walks to the center and extends his hand. Eddie looks at the crowd as they are cheering. He walks and Shakes B.D’s hand. B.D steps back as does Eddie. Eddie and B.D start to circle the ring
(Eli): Why would Eddie in his start want to start against the big man?
(Kelly): this is what He was waiting for. He got his wish…
Eddie and B.D lock up as B.D overpowers Eddie and throws him back. Eddie gets to one knee, rolls his neck and gets up. Eddie wipes his nose and comes in again for the lock up. B.D backs Eddie up to the corner as Eddie lets go with his hands up as the ref breaks it up and B.D backs off. Eddie is trying to size B.D up, Legal suddenly Tags Eddie, Eddie looks back and ask him “WHY?”, Legal points to his shoulder and states he can handle it. Eddie does not look happy but goes on the other side of the ropes. Legal goes to shake B.D’s hand and tell him thanks for stopping Sykes, but he wants B.D to tag in Sykes. The fans are cheering, B.D points to Sykes as the fans cheer and B.D goes and tags Sykes so hard Sykes falls of the apron holding his chest. Sykes is complaining about the tag to the ref but the ref can’t do anything about it. Sykes gives B.D a dirty look and slides into the ring. Legal quickly comes in with a barrage of kicks to Sykes. He stomps him out for a few seconds then picks him up and whips him across the ropes, Sykes hits and comes back and gets dropped by a clothesline. Sykes pops up and gets body slammed, he gets back up again and Legal bends over and goes to back drop him but Sykes kicks Legal in the face standing legal up. Then Sykes hits a lariat on Legal sending both men down.
(Eli): Sykes is no slouch, and he is proving to be fearless in there with a partner in B.D and two opponents who are on fire
(Kelly): Sykes needs to get his ass whooped for what he did to Jasmine Lee
Eddie is clapping getting the crowd into it, Legal is on one knee. As he lunges forward and knocks Eddie off the apron. The crowd boo’s, Legal Turns around and gets taken down by Legal as both men exchange blows and roll out the ring. Sykes gets the upper hand but gets leveled by Eddie as the crowd pops. B.D drops down and comes around to make the save. He turns the corner as Legal and Eddie both look on, Legal rolls Sykes into the ring, Eddie keeps looking at B.D. Legal gets up and stomps Sykes, then picks him up and connects with a snap suplex, rolls over gets up and connects with another, then makes a pin, the ref gets down 1…………2..popped. Legal smiles and gets up and Eddie is calling for the tag, Legal looks on as the crowd is going crazy and he tags Eddie in. Legal wrenches Sykes arm into an armbar. Eddie comes in and kicks Sykes in the stomach and grabs his arm from Legal. He jumps and pulls Sykes arm down hard. Sykes drops to one knee. Eddie throws a few kicks to the ribs and brings him into a front face headlock. He drags him into the center of the ring lifts Sykes up and holds in up there for about ten seconds, Sykes maneuvers and drops behind Eddie, wraps him up fro the back and runs towards the ropes, Eddie holds on as Sykes rolls back without Eddie, Eddie turns and runs in with a clothesline but Sykes drops down and drops Eddie with a drop down toe hold, Sykes gets up and leaps on Eddie putting him into a front face head lock on the mat. He slowly starts to get up with Eddie. Sykes starts to push Eddie back towards his corner as Eddie is fighting not to go to the corner as he is extending and using his power not to go backwards. Sykes throws some knees that shakes Eddie pushes him to the corner. Sykes tags in B.D. He comes in, Sykes knees Eddie in the stomach real hard as spit flies out his mouth. B.D puts his hand on Eddie’s face and with a thunderous swing lands an open hand chop to Eddie’s chest as Eddie lets out a scream. B.D shakes his head as He pushes Eddie face back again and , Boom, another thunderous chest chop. The crowd “Wooooo”. B.D pulls Eddie from the corner. He scoops him and body slams him down hard. Then drops a big Elbow and makes the pin, the ref drop down 1……….2.popped, B.D gets up and picks Eddie up with a hand full of hair and throws him on his shoulder for the “Black Death” (Scoops Wrestler on shoulder and tosses off into cutter) He throws Eddie off who manages to wrap B.D up and hits a reverse DDT The crowd let’s out a sigh of relief as some start to clap. Sykes is upset asking for the tag. Eddie is on his back as he rolls on his side and gets to one knee. He leans on the ropes as Black Death is slowly getting to one knee. Eddie runs in and hits his Shinning Wizard Connecting square on the back of the head, B.D falls face first to the mat. Eddie rolls the big man over and makes the pin, the ref drops 1………..2…..Popped.
(Eli): If there was one guy cunning enough to take the big man down it’s Eddie, and he doesn’t do it with power either
(Kelly): Are you Giving Eddie credit..
(Eli): I give credit where credit is due and as of now I was yet to see B.D go down like he is, but he should have tagged Legal in
Sykes is if visibly upset, Eddie gets up and is getting hyped up as the crowd is getting behind him. B.D is on one knee shaking his head trying to shake off the blow. Eddie calculates his next move and comes in with a running knee but B.D grabs Eddie by the neck while he in on one knee. Eddie. B.D explodes from the mat and Choke slams Eddie down the mat, then stumbles backward to the ropes. He uses the ropes to gain his balance. Sykes runs over and tags in. B.D doesn’t like it as Sykes is telling him he sucks and to get out the ring. Sykes goes right to the attack on Eddie. He picks Eddie up and scoops him up and then brings him down on for a shoulder breaker as Eddie lets out a scream and holds his shoulder.
(Eli): It took long enough for someone to go at Eddie’s shoulder
(Kelly): And if it was going to be anyone it would be Sykes.
Sykes gets Eddie up and grabs the arm with the hurt shoulder and yanks it to jog it out of place. Eddie falls to a knee while holding his shoulder. Sykes throws a kick to the ribs and brings Eddie into a headlock. Eddie backs Sykes up to the ropes and whips him off, Sykes runs and comes back as Eddie gives Sykes a shoulder block that takes Sykes down but makes Eddie stumble back in pain. Sykes pops right back to his feet and charges Eddie, Eddie falls back to the ropes and drops down and pulls the top rope down as Sykes goes up and over the ropes outside the ring. The crowd pops, Eddie uses the ropes to help himself up and he gets leveled by a clothesline from B.D. The crowd is shock to see B.D do such an underhanded move
(Eli): Wow, would have never expected that, but nice to see. There is one thing to be the good guy, but another to know you need to win the match to move forward, being nice won’t get you anything except a smack in the face…
(Kelly): You would know
Eddie is on his back as he looks at B.D in shock. B.D looks at him and shakes his head and shrugs his shoulders. Eddie rolls on his side and slowly starts to get up as Sykes is on his feet and slides in. Eddie is getting up as Sykes grabs Eddie and hits his Finisher “Syked Out” (Zig Zag).
(Eli) This is it, no one has kicked out from Sykes Finisher.
(Kelly): Short lived debut for Eddie, I though he could pull it out
the crowd is getting restless as Sykes goes right for the pin, the ref gets down 1………….2……………Noooo Eddie barely gets his shoulder up as the crowd erupts and Sykes is completely stunned, Looking around he can’t believe it. He looks at B.D who has a look of shock on his face.
(Eli): Oh no….How the hell..
(Kelly): This is Eddie we are speaking about, if there was one man who could pops from Sykes or anyone’s finisher it would be Eddie.
Sykes stares daggers at the ref as he slowly gets up and picks Eddie up, Eddie smacks his hands and with a burst of energy grabs Sykes and hits the Code breaker sending Sykes down hard. Both men are down as the crowd erupts in cheer. The ref is stunned watching both men down, he starts a ten count
1…………
2…………….
3………………
4……………………
5………………………..Eddie raises his hand up reaching for the sky.
6………………………….Sykes rolls over holding his chin, as B.D and Legal start to clap for their respective teammates.
7……………………………..Eddie brings his legs up and pops up, then dizzyingly turns and lunges for the tag as Legal comes in, Sykes is up in his feet as Legal levels him with a hard clothesline, Sykes gets back up, Legal hits a scoop slam then drops an elbow on Sykes. The fans are on their feet. Legal is on fire as he gets up and sets up in the corner wanting to Spear Sykes. Sykes is on his side slowly getting up. B.D is screaming out to Sykes to watch out. Legal runs in for the spear, Sykes leap from Legal who goes into the corner hard between the ropes and hits his shoulder on the steel post. The fans get to their feet as Sykes dives and make the tag to B.D who draws some cheers form the crowd. B.D steps in over the ropes and goes right to Legal and pulls him out form the in-between the ropes. He hoist Legal up on his shoulder as Eddie runs and throws a high kick to B.D’s head sending him to one knee,
(Eli): Wow I might like this Eddie, he came back with a nice little cheating streak
(Kelly): Well I just think he giving a little payback.
Legal grabs B.D and hits an implant DDT. The crowd is on their feet again. Eddie looks down at B.D and shrugs his shoulders. He starts to clap for the crowd. Legal is now holding his shoulder and getting up, B.D is also on one knee. Legal extends but B.D grabs Legal by the foot to stop him from making the tag. B.D gets up as He pulls Legal up by the leg. Legal jumps and connects with a brain buster to the back of B.D;s head.
(Eli), I tell you Black death has been kicked in head more times then Anyone I ever seen and still on his feet
B.D stumbles forward and falls on the second ropes facing the crowd. Eddie runs on the opposite side of the rope and drops a leg drop to the back of B.D’s head and neck. It sends B.D falling back in the ring as Eddie gets back on the apron
(Eli): then what do you call that
(Kelly): Smart, you said it yourself, it’s about the next round B.D rolls holding his to the middle of the ring, Sykes runs into the ring as Legal Spears Sykes down, he rolls out the ring. Legal is holding his shoulder and slowly getting up, B.D is up and turns as Eddie tags himself in, Legal runs and spears B.D hard and rolls out the ring in pain. B.D hits the mat as Eddie comes off the top rope with his finisher the “Tequila Sunrise (Shooting Star Press) and connects with a pin as the ref gets down…..1………..2………….3….The crowd erupts as Amazing blast through the arena.
(Eli): What a good Match, Eddie hasn’t missed a beat. Tags himself in and takes advantage
(Kelly): what was impressive, after Legal got tagged it didn’t faze him he still went and speared B.D
Legal looks on smiling holding his shoulder. Sykes is outside the ring livid. Eddie gets up slowly leaning I the corner raising his hand, he turns and gets to the top of the turnbuckle towards the crowd as everyone is cheering. Eddie gets down and rolls out the ring and helps Legal out the ring
(Eli): It is gonna be interesting Now to see Eddie and Legal has to face off!
(Kelly): Let’s not forget the tide is even, Legal seemed to have suffered a shoulder injury during the match. Let’s see how this plays out as Men advance to the next round
Both men have walked up the ramp. Sykes grabs a chair and slides in behind B.D who is on one knee disappointed. The fans clap as he stands and looks at the crowd and raises his hand. The crowd applauds as he gets absolutely obliterated buy Sykes and his chair.
(Eli): Sykes is on a tear.
(Kelly) that bastard is picking on the wrong man. What a coward.
Sykes leans in and hits him again, then again busting him open. He looks at the crowd. B>D is nearly out. Sykes picks up B.D’s head and puts the chair under it, he then slides out the ring and grabs another chair
(Eli): What is he doing
(Kelly): Oh Jeeeesh, he’s gonna take, B.D out, B.D is one of our up and coming talents, Sykes is in the ring as Eddie comes running back down the ramp and slides in the ring, Sykes swings the chair at Eddie as Eddie ducks it ,hits the ropes and comes back with a drop kicks that sends the chair right into Sykes head. Sykes hits the ground holding his head and rolls out the ring
(Kelly) Yeah Eddie, See, that is what a man does, he stand up for people
(Eli): in the process making a new enemy. The crowd is going buts as Eddie gets on a knee and checks on B.D, Eddie calls for assistant as the paramedics comes running out the back. Eddie is trying to help B;D up but B.D is too heavy in this state and bleeding profusely. Sykes is holding his head looking I the ring pointing at Eddie. Sykes leaves as Eddie is in the ring and steps out and drops down to the outside. The fans are cheering
(Eli): it’s still a young Night, who knows what will happen next

Lucas Payne & Kevin Legacy vs. Gravedigger & William “The Dragon” Draconis
(Ramon De La Hoya): The Following is a first round Crucible Tournament Match… Introducing first… The lights go out and an evil laugh is heard echoing throughout the arena. The arena then begins to glow with red lights as Bloodline by Slayer plays through the PA system. Smoke billows out from the entryway, covering the ramp, and after a few moments Lucas Payne comes stomping out through the cloud of smoke and makes his way to the ring. He climbs in over the top rope, and pounds his chest with his fists before raising both arms in the air and growling at the crowd. He then lowers his arms and stares towards the back to await his opponent as his music stops playing.
(Ramon De La Hoya): From Seattle, Washington and weighing in at three hundred twenty three pounds… LUCAS “THE SANDMAN” PAYNE!!!!
(Eli): The Sandman Cometh!!!
(Kelly): That is not how it goes… but either way, Lucas Payne probably got a fire lit up under his ass due to him losing the Anarchy title at Faceoff. More than likely he wants to get his hands on Gravedigger as well as win the whole tonight.
(Eli): This man is terrifying… I wouldn’t want to be the one that has to tag with him… or face him… or be in the ring with him… or commentate his match…
(Kelly): What my colleague is trying to say is that this is one man you don’t want to be on the bad side of.
(Eli): Unfortunately, I don’t think anyone in that ring in this match is going to be on his good side. This is Crucible and for someone as vicious as Lucas everyone is just an obstacle in his way. Including the man that is out next.
(A quiet hush falls over the crowd as the lights deem and a spot light hits the entrance way to the ring. Static starts to fill over the PA system then an explosion behind the entrance by fireworks as a loud ringing sound starts to come out of the PA system as "In the Air Tonight" by Nonpoint begins to play.)
I can feel it Coming in the air tonight Oh Lord I've been waiting for this moment For all my life Oh Lord
Crowd: (POP!)
Ramon De la Hoya: Hailing from Los Angeles California, weighing in at one-hundred and thirty-five pounds...
(Kevin Legacy walks out on to the entrance ramp wearing a hooded jacket with the hood up over his head.)
Ramon De la Hoya: KEVIN LEGACY!!!
Crowd: (YEAH!)
Well if you told me you were drowning I would not lend a hand I've seen your face before my friend But I don't know if you know who i am Well I was there and I saw what you did I saw it with my own two eyes So you can wipe of the grin I know where you've been Its all been a pack of lies
(Kevin points towards the ring as he starts to make his way towards ringside.)
I can feel it Coming in the air tonight Oh Lord I've been waiting for this moment For all my life Oh Lord, Oh Lord
(Kevin takes off his jacket and places it in one of the ring corners. Kevin then proceeds to slide into the ring.)
Well I remember I remember don't worry How could I ever forget Its the first time The last time We ever met But i know the reason why you keep me silenced up No you don't fool me Cause the hurt doesn't show But the pain still grows Its no stranger to you and me
(Kevin climbs on the turnbuckle and raise his hands looking on towards the crowd in a superior manor.)
I can feel it Coming in the air tonight Oh Lord I've been waiting for this moment For all my life Oh Lord, Oh Lord
(Kevin jumps from the turnbuckle and starts to pump his arms up and down as his theme music slowly fades away.)
(Eli): Kelly?
(Kelly): Yes, Eli, what?
(Eli): Can you feel it coming in the air tonight? Can you feel a Kevin Legacy tournament win coming in the air tonight?
Kelly Reyes facepalms at the desk.
(Kelly): Oh Lord!
(Eli): I am not kidding either. This man is my pick to win the whole tournament. He is clean and sober and not to mention one half of the tag team champions.
(Kelly): But that could possibly be one of his achiles heels. He has to not only co-exist with the man that his tag team partner beat for the Anarchy title… but also be on the opposing team of his partner. He has got a lot of obstacles in this match coming up.
(Eli): I still think he can pull it off.
(Kelly): He very well might be able to.
(Ramon): And their opponents…
“Nautral Born Killer'' by Avenged Sevenfold hits the arena and a video clip of the General Lee jumping. He jumps around gets on his knees at the head of the ramp pointing to him as fireballs shoot off in the air. He jumps up and heads slowly to the ring, where he enters dancing and posing to the crowd. He gets down in an HBK stance, flexing his biceps as pyro shoots off .
(Ramon): Hailing from Dallas, Texas and weighing in at two hundred ninety five pounds… William “The Dragon” Draconis.
(Eli): And here her comes, the man you have all been waiting for… Jasmine Lee’s boyfriend.
(Kelly): Don’t let my announce team partner here fool you… this is William “The Dragon” Draconis and he is one of the fastest rising superstars in CRW.
(Eli): I will admit that Jasmine Lee’s boyfriend has shown moments of promise but I think him being the first one eliminated in last week’s fatal four way is proof that he doesn’t have what it takes to go all the way.
(Kelly): Oh that is BS! Chris Mosh pulled on his tights to get the elimination. William has just a good enough chance to pull this one off as anyone else does.
(Eli): Really? Where is Jasmine Lee’s boyfriend’s accomplishments? I don’t see a title around his waist. What I see is a man who lost to one of his opponents that he is facing tonight, one half of a tag team that lost Gravedigger and Kevin Legacy, and one half of the most annoying couple I have ever seen… and I lived through the Jim Carrey/ Jenny Mcartney relationship.
(Kelly): I for one think that we are going to see William Draconis reach his potential here tonight.
Slowly walks to the ring. Beethoven's 5th Symphony plays while he walks to the ring, at which point he removes his hat and jacket, climbs into the ring, and is ready for his match.
(Ramon): And his partner, hailing from Tombstone Arizona and weighing in at Three hundred and twenty five pounds… HE IS ONE HALF OF THE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS OF THE WORLD AND THE CURRENT REIGNING ANARCHY CHAMPION… HE IS THE GRAVEDIGGER!
(Kelly): If you want to talk about someone who is equally as scary as Payne, it is this man.
(Eli): And he also might be William’s ticket into the second round.
(Kelly): Oh come now. But I do think that it is never a bad thing to have Gravedigger as your partner. And since he has recently come into his own as of recent weeks… he has proven to be more than a threat to be reckoned with.
(Eli): I agree… and the real scary thing is that Gravedigger is off the leash. He doesn’t have Lou Manson to call the shots… he doesn’t have him to hold him back down and keep him under control.
(Kelly): And remember that if Gravedigger wins this round, he will have to put his title on the line against William Draconis in the second round. He has everything to gain and a whole lot to lose.
Each team goes to their corner with Draconas insisting that he start the team out which Gravedigger just nods at him with the request. Meanwhile on the other corner, Lucas Payne and Kevin Legacy are already having problems with Legacy telling Lucas to wait in the corner and just have his back. Lucas begins talking back to him. The two start to argue but William attacks both men from behind to a huge pop from the crowd.
(Kelly): And already the team of Payne and Legacy are off to a bad start.
(Eli): I don’t get it. They were just debating over strategy and Jasmine Lee’s boyfriend interrupts it for no reason.
(Kelly): They were fighting because Kevin Legacy believes that he can do all the work… which is impossible.
(Eli): Well, you don’t know Kevin Legacy!
He gives Kevin Legacy a clothesline from hell that sends him out of the ring. This is then followed by a big boot to Payne. He pulls Sandman into the middle of the ring and starts whipping him with knife edge chops followed by a massive falling face breaker. As the crowd is firmly behind him he whips them to even more of a frenzy by lifting his arms up and down. He kneels over and makes a “Come on” motion with his fingers as Payne gets to his knees. He charges but… Lucas catches him and throws him into the turnbuckle.
(Kelly): And while the fans are loving William’s fighting spirit, he got caught by Lucas Payne.
(Eli): You don’t taunt a man who just lost his title to your partner. Jasmine Lee’s boyfriend sure is in way over his head tonight.
Lucas lifts him up and performs a backbreaker on him… followed by another… and then a third one for good measure. He laughs as Draconis struggles to get back up. He then pulls him up by his dirty golden locks and hits him with a huge powerbomb. He pulls him back up again for a release German Suplex. He doesn’t notice that Legacy hasn’t returned to his corner. Instead Legacy hangs out by the barricade watching the match.
(Kelly): Oh come one, what is Kevin Legacy doing out there?
(Eli): Hey, he offered to start for the team but Lucas gave him some lip. He’ll be back in there to win the match for his team… but I think he is giving Lucas Payne exactly what he wanted.
(Kelly): Well, thanks to Legacy, Lucas will not be able to make the tag when he begins to lose this momentum of Draconis.
Lucas irish whips Draconis into the turnbuckle and charges with a forearm smash but Draconis quickly lifts up his legs sendin Lucas aback. He then follows up with a double arm DDT on Lucas Payne. Draconis quickly runs to his corner and tags in Gravedigger. There is a thunderous explosions of “oooohhhhsss” in the crowd as Gravedigger steps over the top rope and stares down Lucas Payne. In the middle of the ring, they share a moment where they are just looking into eachother’s eyes waiting for one to make the first move. This continues for about ten seconds until Lucas and Digger both start trading punches left and right.
(Eli): I like THIS! This is what the people want to see… a re-match from Face Off of these two titans.
(Kelly): I cannot disagree with here. For two weeks we have been wondering what these two would do to each other after that hard fought war for the Anarchy title… and here it is.
(Eli): But now it isn’t just the title, it is to be the first ever winner of the Crucible tournament.
(Kelly): That just adds to the fire between these two. There is a lot on the line in this one… including both men’s pride.
Gravedigger irish whips Lucas into the ropes and goes for the big boot but he ducks it and bounces off the ropes with a clothes that Gravedigger dodges. Lucas is off the ropes and Gravedigger is off the ropes and the two collide into eachother in the middle of the ring making a huge THUD sound.
(Kelly): AND BOTH MEN ARE DOWN AFTER CAREFULLY DODGING THE OTHER MAN’S BARRAGE OF ATTACKS.
(Eli): I think I just felt the earth shake when they hit the mat.
(Kelly): And even though they aren’t the most liked men in this industry, they both have these fans on their feet.
(Eli): Hey, it isn’t everyday you get to see Godzilla Vs. King Kong for the right to move on in a tournament.
The crowd in attendance begin to clap both men to get to their feet as they do. It looks like Digger is the first one up but he is quickly followed by Payne. The two get on their feet and immediately lock up. They stay locked up for a few moments as Payne wins the test of strength and hits Gravedigger with an implant DDT. He follows that up with a few boots to his chest. He goes to make the tag to his partner, Legacy, but finally notices that he is not in his corner. He spies him out on ringside just watching him… letting Payne do all the grunt work because that is afterall what Lucas wanted… that is why he argued with Legacy. Payne notices Gravedigger is getting back to his feet so he tries stomping him back down. Payne quickly rolls out of the ring and grabs Legacy. As this is going on, Digger tags in Draconas. Draconas bounces off the ropes and planchas over the top and onto the outside hitting both Payne and Legacy with a double clothesline as the crowd erupts in cheers. Both men collide with the barricade.
(Crowd): HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT!
(Eli): WHAT THE HELL DID JASMINE LEE’S BOYFRIEND JUST DO?
(Kelly): He just launched himself over the ropes and into Legacy and Payne.
(Eli): But he is like near three hundred pounds… how in the hell could he do that?
(Kelly): Are you ready to change your mind on William Draconis yet? Because I think that was just proof that he wants to win that match just as much as anyone in that ring… and that he has the talent to do so.
Draconis grabs Payne and starts hitting him with lefts and rights before irish whipping him back towards the apron. He leads Payne back into the ring and starts using chops on him. He then lands a fallaway slam on Payne. Draconis pulls him back up and charges at him with a big boot. Once again, the fans are on their feet for Draconis. He whips Payne into the corner but Payne reverses it and ends up sending Draconis into his corner. Payne begins hammering him with punches… but Kevin Legacy is in and makes the blind tag. Payne looks all kind of pissed at him for doing this.
(Eli): And finally, the 2012 Crucible winner, the man the fans have been clamoring to see is in this match.
(Kelly): Yes, but he did it in the most disrespectful manner to his partner.
(Eli): Hey, as the leader of his team, he had to make a strategic decision to get in there before Lucas Payne hit the wall. Payne is just being stubborn that isn’t Kevin Legacy and can’t do it on his own.
Legacy hops over the top rope ands begins hitting Draconas with several forearm shots. He then bounces off the ropes for a running drop kick. He begins stomping on the beaten body of William Draconis before running around the ring and proclaiming that he is “WINNING!” Lucas Payne looks on in disgust. Legacy begins stomping his leg on the mat… as no one in the crowd join in on this… signaling for the superkick. Once Draconis is back up, he nails the move on him. He pulls him back up and plants him back down with an eye gouge followed by a Diamond Cutter.
(Kelly): Did the ref even see the eye gouge there? Again, I know this is crucible but there is something to be said for the respect of this sport.
(Eli): How do you that is what that was… he very well could have misplaced a contact lense and Legacy helped him.
Legacy lifts his arms out in celebration again… but Payne repays him by getting a blind tag of his own. He gets in the ring as Legacy begins to scream at him. Payne grabs Draconis but Draconis hits him with a drop toe hold that sends him to the mat. Draconis tries to go to tag in his partner Gravedigger but Payne is quickly back up and drags him back into the center of the ring where he performs a fisherman suplex on him.
(Kelly): Kevin Legacy gets a taste of his own medicine as Payne tags himself in and begins dominating William Draconis.
(Eli): That is a pity too because Legacy was just getting started on both members of the team.
Payne lifts him to his feet and thrusts his fist across his throat signaling for the end. He sets up Draconis for the Dark Slumber… BUT GRAVEDIGGER RUNS FROM OUT OF HIS CORNER WITH A HUGE BIG BOOT TO PAYNE’S CRANIUM! The ref quickly makes sure Digger is back in his corner.
(Kelly): I am very surprised to see how well the team of Gravedigger and William Draconis is coexisting compared to Payne and Legacy. I think they have a better grasp on what this first round is all about.
(Eli): That isn’t to say that Lucas Payne isn’t dishing out his last name right now. But Gravedigger did do a nice save on his partner.
(Kelly): Again, Gravedigger seems to be doing just fine without a handler. He knows what needs to be done to get him to the second round and he is doing it.
Both Draconis and Payne struggle to get back to their feet. The fans once again find themselves clapping on Draonis to get back to his feet which he quickly does… but so does Lucas Payne. Once the two are back up, they both seem to be out of it and charge at each other with full force. Payne goes for a spear but Draconis slides out of the way making Payne collide with the turnbuckle. Draconis turns around just in time to see Kevin Legacy launch himself off the top turnbuckle and onto him with a huge hurricanrana. Kevin quickly slides back into his corner as once again Payne and Draconis are laid out in the middle of the ring. Gravedigger has his arm ready for the tag as does Kevin Legacy. Both men slowly inch towards their perspective corners as the crowd cheers in anticipation. Draconis moves closer but then stops, out of breath. Payne moves slower but seems to be making his way there. Draconis is back on his knees and Payne is just a few inches away from Kevin Legacy.
(Kelly): Both men are close to their corners and both men really need the tag to even have enough energy for the second round and everything afterwards.
(Eli): But look who are waiting for the tag… what will happen when both men are tagged? Who will I root for?
(Kelly): Well, SOMEONE has to make it to their corner and I’m not sure how much Draconis has left in the tank. He has clearly been the workhorse of this match for his team.
(Eli): Great, he is whipped by his girlfriend and now he is whipped by Gravedigger. Way to show you have a pair buddy.
Draconis makes the tag to Gravedigger. A second later Payne makes the tag to Kevin Legacy. Both men rush into the ring and then stop dead in their tracks when they realize who they are about to face. The crowd is on their feet as the tag team champions stand face to face.
(Kelly): Now THIS is what I have been waiting weeks for. Tag champ Vs. Tag champ with the remainder of the Crucible tournament hanging in the balance.
(Eli): And as much as I hate two of Talon’s best men at eachother’s throats… they are both the freshest men in this match so it can go either way.
(Eli): And from the sound of it, this is a confrontation everyone in the arena has been waiting to see.
The two begin trading punches back and forth as the arena erupts. Gravedigger irish whips Legacy into the ring post, but Legacy reverses it and sends Digger towards the turnbuckle. Digger stops himself before hitting it and gives a back elbow to a charging Legacy. Legacy rolls to the other end of the ring but immediately charges with a DDT to Gravedigger. Digger catches it halfway through and turns it into a powerbomb. He holds up Legacy, but Legacy just starts hammering his head with punches and begins to turn the move into a flying headscissors. Halfway through the head scissor attempt, Digger catches him and then transitions the move into a Boston Crab. Legacy squirms around but Digger seems to have the move firmly locked in.
(Eli): Wow… do these men know each other or what? Here they are matching eachother move by move.
(Kelly): But it was Gravedigger who caught Legacy in that brutal looking Boston Crab. We could very well see him make his tag team partner tap out right here, right now.
(Eli): But what will happen to their partnership.
(Kelly): If Legacy is any kind of man, he will move on and be happy for his partner.
(Eli): Oh he will… afterall, he is not a woman.
Digger applies the pressure to his teammate as Draconis begins clapping his de-facto teammate for the evening on. Gravedigger does not look happy by this development. Maybe he lost control or maybe he was distracted by Draconis, but Legacy is able to move a few inches and get his arm on the ropes. The referee makes Gravedigger break the hold which he complies with. But then Digger starts laying in stomps to his tag team partner. He pulls him back up and lifts him up and then delivers a brutal chokeslam to Legacy. Digger then pulls Legacy to his feet in tombstone position. BUT before he can land it, Payne is in with lefts and rights to Digger making him break it up. Draconis is immediately and lands a slingshot forearm smash on Payne. Digger pulls Legacy up but he hits him with a spinning heel kick. The referee try to get both teammates in their respective corners but they pay no attention.
(Kelly): And all hell has broken loose here in the ring. All four men are battling it out in the middle of the ring. With the tension in this match, you had to see it coming.
(Eli): We have tag partners hammering away at eachother. We have Jasmine Lee’s boyfriend trading shots with the man who defeated him for the Anarchy title a few weeks ago. I am surprised this didn’t happen sooner.
(Kelly): Well it is happening now and I am not sure there is a way to get this under control.
Draconis performs a double arm DDT as Legacy hits Gravedigger with a scissorkick. He signals for the L. A Drive-by but William Draconis spins him around and kicks him in the gut. He immediately lifts Legacy on his shoulders and hits the Dragon Fury (F5) laying Kevin Legacy out in the middle of the ring.
(Eli): NO! Come on Legacy get up. You have a tournament to win and women to impress.
(Kelly): The young southern upstart performs one of his finishing maneuvers on Legacy, possibly taking Legacy out of the match AND the tournament. I was impressed by this young man before but now I am simply BLOWN AWAY!
Draconis tries to get Gravedigger up to his feet only to get fist thrust to his face by Lucas Payne. Payne grabs him and hits the Dark Slumber on The Dragon. Payne has a sadistic smile on his face as he doesn’t notice Gravedigger rise up behind him.
(Eli): AND THERE IT IS! The Dark Slumber… only one man has kicked out of that move and he was a much a better man than Jasmine Lee’s boyfriend. Come on Payne, you have to get Legacy to the second round so he can beat you.
(Kelly) But look… that very man that HAS kicked out of the Dark Slumber is getting to his feet and Lucas Payne might be in some trouble here.
Payne turns around just in time to locked up in tombstone position by Gravedigger. The fans erupt as he hits it on Lucas “The Sandman” Payne!
(Kelly): And there it is. There is the Tombstone Piledriver. Lucas falls victim to Gravedigger once more as it seems very likely that him and Draconis will move onto the second and the Anarchy title will be…
(Eli): Don’t speak too soon. Look who is the comeback kid tonight.
(Kelly): I don’t believe he is up that quickly from such a move from Draconis.
(Eli): He might seem all fun and games, but Legacy takes winning very seriously. It will take more than that to keep him down.
Unfortunately, Gravedigger doesn’t notice a fortunate-to-be-standing-so-soon-after-Dragon Fury Kevin Legacy. Legacy grabs his partner and nails him with the L.A Drive-By. Instead of hooking his leg, he just lands on him with his arm across Gravedigger’s chest. 1…2.. NO… THE DRAGON WITH ONLY A LITTLE LEFT IN HIM BREAKS THE PINFALL!
(Kelly): Wow... William Draconis showing so much fortitude keeps this match going. And I thought for sure that Kevin Legacy was going to take this one home for him and Payne.
(Eli): He damn well should have. Jasmine Lee's boyfriend is just beginning to get annoying.
All four men lay in the middle of the ring barely moving. Draconis is the first who is able to stir and begins crawling back to his corner. Payne also crawls back to his corner as Legacy uses the ropes to pull himself back up. Gravedigger rises up but gets hit with a buzzsaw kick from his tag team partner. Gravedigger doesn’t look phased as he begins to rise. Legacy goes for a superkick but Gravedigger catches the leg and then grips his against Legacy’s throat and then lifts him up for a chokeslam. Legacy fights it by kicking him in the gut a few times… and then elbows him in the side of the head… forcing Digger to break the grasp. Legacy rolls to the other side of the ring and bounces off the ropes with a twisting elbow smash making him step backwards. Legacy dropkicks Gravedigger into the ropes but he is still on his feet. Legacy then launches himself off the ropes and hits a crossbody on Digger launching both of them over the top rope and into the outside.
(Eli): Together or against each other, this is why these two men are the tag team champions of the world. They amaze the audience and myself with this show of athleticism. (Kelly): Well, they better take their show of athleticism back inside the ring or both teams will be counted out. The referee begins the count as Legacy gets to his feet, but he is quickly intercepted by Gravedigger with a hard shot to his chin followed by a release belly to belly suplex. 1…2… Digger pulls him back up but Lucas Payne jumps off from the apron with an axehandle to Digger. Draconis blasts out of his corner with a running knee lift. 3…4… Gravedigger gets up but Kevin Legacy dropkicks him into the barricade. He then hits a spinning neckbreaker on William. 5…6… Legacy quickly slides back into the ring. (Eli): See... no problem... Legacy is back in the ring and this match goes on. You worry too much.
(Kelly): Sorry that I don't want to see such a great heavily contested end in count out. Gravedigger then climbs up the apron only to be dropkicked to the outside by Kevin Legacy. Payne begins yelling at him to go ahead to make the tag but Legacy refuses. He doesn’t notice digger get back up and when he turns around, Gravedigger bounces his head off the ropes making him fall backwards. Once Gravedigger is back in the ring he goes to his corner but notices that Draconis is still out at ringside fighting to get back up. Behind him, Legacy back up for a move but Lucas tags himself in once again. Payne gets in the ring but before he can do anything, Legacy slaps him across the face. The fans erupt as Payne wastes no time hitting him with the Dark Slumber!
(Kelly): AND THE TAG TEAM OF PAYNE AND LEGACY JUST IMPLODED RIGHT BEFORE OUR EYES!
(Eli): Payne you idiot... you just cost yourself your tag team partner.
Once Payne turns around, he is hammered with a flying clothesline from Gravedigger. He then looks to his corner to notice Draconis climbing up the steel steps. Gravedigger goes back to his corner for the tag… BUT OUT OF NOWHERE… CHRIS MOSH RUNS ACROSS THE APRON AND TACKLES HIM OFF THE STEPS. Gravedigger is once again left with no one to tag in. Chris Mosh backs away from the ring… happy that he cost his enemy the match. (Kelly): What the hell? Chris Mosh, the bitter jerk that he is, just blindsided William Draconis. He had no business being out here.
(Eli): That is what you get when you cost the Pretty Boy his girl. He had every right do that. I hope Jasmine Lee learned her lesson: never like a guy for his sweet, sensitive side.
(Kelly): Because some douche will cost him a match? That doesn't make any sense.
(Eli): Jasmine Lee being attracted to a hick doesn't make any sense.
Gravedigger notices that Payne is still down and he steps over the top rope to pull Draconis back up and get him into the ring. Draconis begins to scream at him.
(Draconis): Fuck off… and get in there.
(Kelly): And apparently, William Draconis does not want any help on this one.
(Eli): Yeah, I am not sure Gravedigger is the one you want to piss off like that.
Draconis slaps his hand off him. The prompts Gravedigger to punch him in the face knocking him off the steel steps again. Gravedigger turns around only to have Lucas grab him and suplex him from the apron to the middle of the ring. He goes for a leg drop across his throat but Gravedigger rolls out of the way. The two collide in the middle of the ring and once again start throwing lefts and rights at eachother.
(Kelly): With both of their partners sidelined for the time being it is just down to Gravedigger and Lucas Payne.
(Eli): So... you know that means Gravedigger is taking this one home. He beat Lucas Payne at Face Off and he is going to beat him here. Serves the idiot right for taking out his blue chip of a partner.
The two are so busy brawling that they don’t notice that Kevin Legacy is back on his feet and Draconis is sliding back into the ring. Kevin Legacy spins Payne around right as Draconis grabs Gravedigger. Legacy hits the L.A Drive by on Payne right as Draconis nails Digger with the Dragon’s Knockout. Both hit the mat at the same time. Legacy and Draconis notice what they both did… and charge at each other with several kicks and punches. They battle to the point where Draconis punches him out of the ring but Legacy pulls his head taking him out with him.
(Kelly): What the hell just happened? Both monsters were taken out by their partners just now.
(Eli): So is this now a fatal four way?
(Kelly): Wait... look... I don't believe it!
Both them and the referee don’t notice that Gravedigger and Payne landed on each other with the other’s arm wrapped over the chest. (Eli): What in the hell does this mean... both men have each other pinned.
(Kelly): I don't know but the ref is making the count.
The referee notices this and makes the count even though he is very confused. 1…2…3!
(Eli): So what just happened? Did both teams win or lose?
(Kelly): I have no freakin idea what is going on here.
The bell rings and Legacy and Draconis stop brawling. Both look at their partners pinning the other. The referee doesn’t know what call to make. The two slide into the ring and start arguing with the referee. Digger and Payne get to their feet and start to argue amongst the four of them. The referee calls for Ramon. Ramon gets on the mic.
(Ramon): Ladies and gentlemen… this match has ended on a double pinfall… thus…
“Face to the Floor” by Chevelle begins to play as the CRW Owner, Talon Wilkinson comes down to the ring.
(Talon): Hold up, hold up, hold up!
Talon makes his way down the stage with the microphone in hand. He stops at the rampway.
(Talon): You don’t get to make the call on this one… because I am not going to have a double count out and NO ONE moving onto the second round. I am not going to “bye” someone into the semi-finals if I don’t need to…
Gravedigger and Legacy look very happy at their chances to move to the next round as Draconis and Payne look like they are ready to beat the crap out of their former one time partners.
(Talon): That is why since both teams scored a pinfall then ALL FOUR MEN WILL ADVANCE INTO THE SECOND ROUND!
The fans erupt with joy as the boss makes another fan approved decision this evening.
(Talon): That is right, the second round will consist of Lucas Payne Vs. Kevin Legacy Vs. Gravedigger Vs. William Draconis… BUT, since this amendment is in place, Gravedigger’s Anarchy title will NOT be on the line tonight… but you know, for the hell of it, Anarchy rules will still apply!. Good luck in Round two gentlemen!
(Kelly): I don't believe it. For the first ever Crucible, history is already being made with all four men advancing into the second round.
(Eli): This might be one of the coolest decisions anyone has ever made about a wrestling match.
(Kelly): And surely it does favor the tag team champions and Gravedigger's Anarchy title reign.
Talon walks off as all four men stare at each other. Payne immediately attacks Legacy as Draconis does the same. The fans cheer as they battle throughout the ring . Gravedigger throws Draconis over the top rope as Legacy kicks Payne out of the ring. The tag team champions pose in the ring as Draconis and Payne look at them from the outside.
(Kelly): Is this an omen of things to come in the second round. Will Kevin Legacy and Gravedigger team up against their opponents so one of them can make it to the third round.
(Eli): Of course they will... they are buddies... they are amigos!

Round II Fatal Four Way Lucas Payne vs. Draconis vs. Gravedigger vs. Kevin Legacy
The cameras come back from a short intermission with all four men still standing at ringside. All four men are clearly already feeling the effects of the tag match they have already endured.
(Eli): This is going to be tough… this is the problem with giving your all from the get go, conditioning and stamina are going to be a key if any of these guys want to win this tournament!
All four climb back into the ring and take a corner… The bell rings and Gravedigger starts pounding on Payne as Draconis clotheslines Legacy onto the mat. Payne fights back with a few shots of his own and irish whips Gravedigger into the turnbuckle. Before he can get a few stiff shots in, Draconis nails him with a spinning shoulder block. Gravedigger rolls out of the way as Lucas Payne bursts out of the corner with a spear to Draconis! Once Payne turns around he is met with a charging Kevin Legacy and a hurricanrana that sends him to the other side of the ring.
(Kelly): As expected this second round fatal four with Anarchy rules in the Crucible tournament begins with a cluster... um...
(Eli): Come on, we are on ppv, you can say it.
(Kelly): Why don't you say it?
(Eli): Yeah, it is a cluster f...
(Kelly): Chaos has broken out between these men!
With Digger back up, him and Legacy look at each other and nod in agreement that they need to work together. Draconis charges Gravedigger but Legacy performs a drop toe hold on him that sends him into the clutches of Gravedigger who holds him up for a chokeslam. It is broken up by Lucas Payne who tosses Legacy into Digger making him drop Draconis. Payne then lands a jumping knee on Gravedigger sending him to the mat. Draconis sets up Payne for a neckbreaker but doesn’t notice that Legacy has gotten onto the apron and spring boards off the ropes with a tidal wave kick that takes out both men.
(Kelly): The smallest man in the match, Kevin Legacy showing some great highflying ability.
(Eli): He might be small but he has a big heart. And he is brave too. What a triumphant Hero Kevin Legacy is.
(Kelly): Give me a break!
Gravedigger is once again on his feet and he picks up Draconis as Legacy begins stomping on Payne. Legacy pulls Payne up by the shoulder but Payne tosses him into the turnbuckle. Without paying attention, Gravedigger irish whips Draconis into Kevin Legacy onto the turnbuckle. Payne attempts the irish whip to Gravedigger, but he reverses it and sends him colliding with the two other men. With all men hung up in the corner, Gravedigger performs a big splash that makes them disperse face down into the ring.
(Kelly): One move took out four guys. The new Gravedigger is really doing things to make people talk about him... and he just displayed that.
(Eli): I've always been talking about how great he is... you just never listen... I think it is because you are a woman.
Gravedigger steps out of the ring and immediately heads for a steel chair. He climbs back up onto the apron… only to get a big boot by William Draconis. The boot collides with the chair that collides with Digger’s cranium that makes him crash to the floor below.
(Kelly): Gravedigger looks to get the weapon involved but it backfired on him big time.
(Eli): Should Jasmine Lee's boyfriend even be in this. He only got byed into the second round because of his girlfriend.
(Kelly): How can you even come to that conclusion.
(Eli): Ignorance... SHEER ignorance!
Payne is back up and he looks at Kevin Legacy who is still getting back to his feet. He then looks at Draconis… the two then entrap Legacy in the corner with lefts and rights. They both place him on the top turnbuckle and perform a double superplex that lays him in the middle of the ring.
(Kelly): It looks like Draconis and Payne are trying to use the tag team champions own methods against them.
(Eli): Having cancer and firing your manager?
(Kelly): No, divide and conquer! But what an amazing superplex that has the fans on their feet.
Once the big move is done, Payne performs a spinning backbreaker on The Dragon. William holds his back in pain as Payne just casually laughs at him… before grabbing him for a powerbomb… but Draconis fights back and instead hits Payne with a facebuster. With both Payne and Legacy down… Draconis looks towards the outside of the ring. He slides out of it and grabs the ring bell… and the hammer that goes with it. But before he could even utilize it, Gravedigger comes up from behind and slams the chair across his back. Draconis turns around then Gravedigger slams it across it head. He drops the chair on the floor and then does a vertical suplex onto the chair.
(Eli): I bet Jasmne Lee's boyfriend will be feeling that in the morning when he wakes up in the trailer.
(Kelly): Gravedigger using the Anarchy rules to his advantage to lay waste to his opponents right now and Draconis is caught with it.
Gravedigger turns to the ring where Payne is no longer. While Payne was working on Draconis, he escaped out of the ring and grabbed a barbed wire baseball but from underneath the ring. He swings at Digger but he ducks. Payne turns around just in time to see Legacy running the barricade and jumping off with a flying clothesline. Payne swings the bat into Legacy’s ribs and Legacy hits the ground.
(Eli): HOLY CRAP!
(Kelly): HOLY CRAP!
(Eli): Take it easy on the poor boy... after all he has been through now that malcontent Lucas Payne batters his hard abs with a barbed wire baseball bat. That menace!
(Kelly): This might take Legacy out of the rest of this match!
Gravedigger slams the chair across Payne’s cranium… but he seems unphased. Digger does it again and Payne begins to wobble. He does it once more and Payne falls to his knees. Gravedigger grabs him and performs a vertical suplex onto the steel steps. Even Payne writhes in pain a little.
(Kelly): And wth Legacy out for the moment, Digger and Payne continue their blood feud over the Anarchy title.
(Eli): And she means that literally.
Digger pulls legacy back up, who is holding his ribs. They both pull up a barely moving Draconis and Legacy signals for Digger to put him through the announce desk. They both pull him over to the commentator’s table and Digger lays him out as Legacy starts hammering on him to make him stay still. But before anyone can do anything… PAYNE SPEARS LEGACY INTO THE BARRICADE. He then performs a few lefts and rights on Digger before slamming his head into the announce table.
(Kelly): And Payne is now taking the fight to Legacy and Gravedigger. It'll take an army to keep this man down.
(Eli): Or a mere dropping of the soap!
Payne attempts to irish whip him into the ring post but Digger tries to reverse it but Payne reverses it again. Both turn around just in time for Draconis to clothesline Gravedigger and then turns around to face Payne. The two trade glances and then go to work on pummeling Gravedigger. After a few shots to the head and ribs, both men pull Gravedigger up and whip him into the ring post. Payne then holds him still as Draconis grabs the steel steps. Payne lets go as Draconis rams the steps into Digger’s cranium.
(Kelly): Once again, Payne and Draconis are trying to double team on Digger and Legacy before they can do the same to them.
(Eli): That is just disgraceful!
Draconis stop there, however, because then he nails Payne with the steel steps as well. He quickly drops the steps and goes for the pinfall 1…2… But Legacy is there to break up the pinfall!
(Kelly): William would have had it if Legacy wasn't there.
(Eli): But he was and life will just have to go in mediocrity for Jasmine Lee's Boyfriend.
Kevin pulls him up and delivers his patented 9021OUCH trademark move ONTO THE STEEL STEEL STEPS. Draconis writhes in pain once the move is performed.
(Kelly): And that may take Draconis out of the match!
(Eli): Good... then maybe I can be entertained now!
Legacy notices that Payne is recovering from the steel step shot on his knees. He wastes no time charging at him, using the steel steps for elevation and nailing him with the shining wizard. Legacy then grabs the steel and tosses it to Payne one he is back on his feet. He then does a spinning heel kick into the chair that collides with Payne’s face. Payne however does not go down. He gives chase to Legacy who chooses to flee around the ring. Once Payne turns the corner, he is slammed with the ring bell by Gravedigger.
(Kelly): And finally the ring bell comes into play!
(Eli): Used to perfection by the CHAMP!
Payne turns around and is slammed with the chair by Kevin Legacy. They both slam his head into the announce table until Digger pulls him up onto the table. The fans are on their feet as Digger puts Payne in tombstone position. Digger doesn’t notice that Legacy has left his side. There is a burst of crowd reaction as Gravedigger lands the tombstone on Payne THROUGH THE TABLE CRUSHING IT UNDERNEATH THEM.
(Eli): I got a splinter... I think I got a splinter!
(Kelly): You are fine... but GRAVEDIGGER JUST TOMBSTONED PAYNE THROUGH OUR DESK!
(Eli): He is going for the pin and this should be it!
(Kelly): Eli look OUT!
Gravedigger hooks the leg. 1…2… There is another huge pop as LEGACY LANDS ON DIGGER IN FROGSPLASH POSITION TO BREAK THE COUNT.
(Eli): Where the hell did he come from?
(Kelly): Let us go to the re-play footage to tell us what just happened.
As both men recover a replay shows Legacy climb up to the top turnbuckle and perform a beautiful five star frog splash to cost Digger the pinall victory right then and there.
(Kelly): Wow... I don't like Legacy but I have to say that is impressive.
(Eli): That is more than impressive, that is the greatest thing I have ever seen anyone ever do.
The camera then cuts back to live footage as Kevin Legacy crawls over Gravedigger and attempts to make the cover. 1…2… Draconis stomps Kevin Legacy on the back forcing him to break the pin on his tag team partner.
(Kelly): And a frazzled Draconis there to break the cover and this match continues.
(Eli): He is still in this match? Somebody shoot me.
(Kelly): Oh christ... he is putting on the performance of his career here!
William grabs Legacy and hits him with a few lefts and rights before following up with a spinning uppercut. He then irish whips him into the apron. He pulls Legacy back into the ring and proceeds to perform a gut wrench suplex on him… slamming Legacy into the mat. Draconis takes a moment to catch his breath then claps his hands together to get the crowd behind him. He then picks up Legacy and puts him on his shoulders for Dragon’s Fury but Legacy battles his way off of his shoulders and slides off his back and kicks him in the gut. He goes for a kick but Draconis catches it... BUT then he finishes it off with a beautiful enziguri that sends Draconis backwards.
(Kelly): With Payne and Digger out for the next little bit, this one is Legacy or Draconis's match to win.
(Eli): Which mean Legacy WILL be moving onto the third round!
Legacy bounces off the ropes and attacks with a dropkick that Draconis blocks. He then grabs Legacy catapults him into the turnbuckle. Draconis then hits him with a running forearm to the back of the head impaling him in the turnbuckle. Draconis then pulls him up to the topturnbuckle in avalanche position. He then GERMAN SUPLEXES HIM OFF THE TURNBUCKLE AND INTO THE MIDDLE OF THE RING!
(Kelly): Beautiful manuever by Draconis!
(Eli): It wasn't that great!
Draconis takes a few moments to get back to his feet but then goes for the cover on Legacy. 1...2... A recovering Gravedigger breaks the pinfall attempt. He pulls up Draconis and lands a spinout powerbomb on him. He hooks the leg. 1...2... Draconis gets the shoulder up.
(Eli): Oh thank God! Gravedigger saves the day!
(Kelly): Even after taking that nasty frog splash, Gravedigger will not get his title and his way into the third round taken away that easily. But all four of these men are putting on the match of the career wouldn't you agree?
(Eli): Well, three of them are!
Gravedigger pulls Draconis back to his feet and sets him up and delivers a BRUTAL jack knife powerbomb. He then goes for the pin once again. 1...2... Draconis gets another kick out. Gravedigger doesn't look frustrated... he just irish Draconis into the turnbuckle and follows up with a big splash. He, once again, attempts the cover. 1...2... Kevin Legacy breaks the fall.
(Kelly): And none of these men are going to let this one go without themselves being the winner.
(Eli): I am perfectly fine with this going on for hours. I am thoroughly entertained with the destruction going on right now!
Gravedigger rises to his feet right before his tag team partner begins to wail on him with lefts and rights. Kevin performs a spinning heel kick that doesn't seem to phase Gravedigger. Legacy is off the ropes with a flying cross body... that GRAVEDIGGER CATCHES. He then notices that William is getting back up to his feet and Digger tosses Legacy into Draconis.
(Eli): I heard that before her came to CRW, Gravedigger was a proffessional darts playing... and now it looks like he also perfected the game of HUMAN darts.
(Kelly): I admit that it is effective.
Both men get up and the Anarchy champion rails them with a double clothesline that sends them onto the mat HARD! They are back up again and both just try battling Gravedigger with a few lefts and rights but Gravedigger throws both of them off of him. He then grabs both of their throats and holds them up in the air for a double chokeslam.
(Eli): Look at his strength, look at his power, the Anarchy champion is on a roll!
(Kelly): If he nails this it could be the end of the match.
Both men begin fighting before he can hit the move making him drop them. Together Draconis and Legacy both perform a double clothesline on him. Right after the move though, Kevin Legacy hits Draconis with a nasty superkick. Legacy then falls to his knees in pain, holding his bleeding ribs. He fights to get back up and take this one home. With Gravedigger down... he performs a standing shooting star press on the big man and then goes to hook the leg. 1...2... Gravedigger throws Legacy off him and quickly rises to his feet. He picks up Kevin Legacy and performs a gorilla press on him... SLAMMING him onto William Draconis. He then goes to cover both men. 1...2... Both men kick out.
(Kelly): Gravedigger is doing a great job of using his opponents as actual weapons.
(Eli): And that is the state of mind you need to have in an Anarchy match... EVERYTHING IS A WEAPON!
He pulls them both up by the hair not noticing Lucas Payne making his way back into the ring with the steel chair. He slams it over Gravedigger's cranium and then wacks him with it again. With Kevin Legacy dazed, Payne hits him with the steel chair as well. He goes to do the same to Draconis but he ducks and bounces off the ropes with a shoulder block... THAT PAYNE BLOCKS WITH THE STEEL SENDING DRACONIS DOWN TO THE MAT. Payne unfolds the chair and stands it up right before grabbing Kevin Legacy up and slamming him into it... making a dent on the chair. Payne gives a wicked smile as he grabs the chair and wraps it around the head of a recovering William Draconis. He then nails Draconis with a spine buster. He has evil intentions as he stomps on the chair and Draconis begins wriggle on the ground.
(Kelly): Ouch, I wouldn't be surprised if Draconis's neck is broken here. Lucas Payne is back in the match with vengeance.
(Eli): Everything this man does is with a vengeance... and I'm sure his trip through the table made that even worse.
Payne turns around just in time to get hit with a flying clothesline from Gravedigger that sends him down to the mat temporarily. Gravedigger pulls Payne up and irish whips him into the turnbuckle. Gravedigger begins hitting him with lefts and rights until Payne reverses it and nails him with a headbutt. Payne then begins to pull Gravedigger onto the top turnbuckle. The two begin to battle back and forth on the top turnbuckle. But Payne hits Gravedigger with another headbutt and then another and then another! He finally lifts Digger up in Powerbomb position as the fans gasp. LUCS PAYNE LANDS A TOP ROPE POWERBOMB ON GRAVEDIGGER MAKING THE ENTIRE RING LITERALLY IMPLODE! THE ROPES AND RINGPOSTS COLLAPSE WITH THE PURE STRENGTH AND POWER OF THAT SLAM!
(Kelly): NO WAY! PAYNE JUST DEMOLISHED THE RING WITH THAT SLAM TO GRAVEDIGGER!
(Eli): Are we actually watching this! How can the PPV continue, the ring is destroyed!
(Crowd): Holy Shit! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT!
With only a little bit left in him... Lucas Payne pulls him arm over Gravedigger's chest. The ref begins the count 1...2...! Kevin Legacy with only a little left inside him, breaks the pinfall. He grabs the damaged chair and slams it over Lucas Payne's cranium.
(Eli): And the survivor, the self-made man, the savior of the Anarchy division now... is still in this and it is all his for the taking.
(Kelly): Give me a break. His performance is great but all of these men has given it their all here.
Draconis is getting to his feet but Legacy performs the L.A Drive-By on him and he hooks the leg. 1...2...3! Kevin's music begins to play and he springs up in victory!
Ramon De La Hoya: Your winner and moving on into the third round of Crucible... KEVIN LEGACY!!!
(Kelly): After blood sweat and tears from all four men, Kevin Legacy beat the odds and is now moving on into the third round. I don't believe it.
(Eli): I called it all along! Give praise to our future world heavyweight champion!
Legacy is on his knees in the middle of the ring praising himself for winning this hard fought match by all four men.
(Kelly): FOLKS WE WILL BE BACK AFTER A SHORT INTERMISSION... SOMEONE HAS TO FIX THIS RING!
(Eli): Lets cut to some highlights of the night and maybe a few ads from our sponsors!
Freddie Styles vs. Angelus Dante Ambrosi
(Annoncer): Our next mach is a second round Crucible match set for one fall. Introducing first, from Dover, New Jersey, weighing in at 235 pounds, Angelus Dante Ambrosi!
(Announcer): And his opponent, from Atlanta, Georgia, weighing in at 227 pounds, Freddie fXs Styles!
The CRW-tron shows a locker room. The arena goes dark. Into the shot walks San Francisco 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh. He flashes a smile, and then the shot widens out and you see the entire 49er football team. Harbaugh looks to his team and says….
(Harbaugh): Hey CRW…who’s got it better than Styles?
(49ers): NOOOOOBOOOODY!!!!
The screen cuts from there to the [fXs] symbol, and red and gold lights cover the arena, as the first beats of “No Church In The Wild” by Kanye and Jay-Z hit the arena. As the song moves into the chosen verse, Freddie steps out from behind the curtain in his 49er colors, with a Patrick Willis jersey on, bouncing from side to side, before making his slow walk towards the ring, Arora by his side.
Tears on the mausoleum floor Blood stains the coliseum doors Lies on the lips of a priest Thanksgiving disguised as a feast Rollin’ in the Rolls-Royce Corniche Only the doctors got this, I’m hidin’ from police Cocaine seats All white like I got the whole thing bleached Drug dealer chic I’m wonderin’ if a thug’s prayers reach Is Pious pious cause God loves pious? Socrates asks, “Whose bias do y’all seek?” All for Plato, screech I’m out here ballin’, I know y’all hear my sneaks Jesus was a carpenter, Yeezy, laid beats Hova flow the Holy Ghost, get the hell up out your seats Preach Human being to the mob What’s a mob to a king? What’s a king to a god? What’s a god to a non-believer? Who don’t believe in anything?
We make it out alive All right, all right No church in the wild
Freddie slowly walks up the ring steps, and steps through the ropes. He then stands on the middle rope, holding one arm above him, before stepping down and leaning over in a corner, awaiting the beginning of the match.
The match gets underway as Styles locks up with ADA. ADA gains the upper hand, and tries to suplex Styles, but he gets out of it. He whips ADA into the ropes, but ADA bounces off with a huge clothesline to Styles. ADA slowly picks up Styles and picks him up over his head and tosses him out the ring as he lands on his head.
(Kelly): ADA almost broke Styles’ neck!
(Eli): He's using his size to an advantage.
Styles is getting up on the outside as ADA climbs down to meet him. Styles is now up as ADA grabs him by the head. Styles fights him off with blows to the head. He then rakes the eyes of ADA and hits a major DDT on the concrete floor. ADA is now lying outside near the guardrail as Styles climbs up the turnbuckle! He sets up and right as ADA is getting up, he hits a drop kick on him, sending his back right into the guardrail!
(Eli): Freddie Styles is finding ways to take control here.
(Kelly): He may be the smaller man, but he is finding a way to take control.
Styles swings ADA into the steel steps this time. He picks up ADA and slams his head into the steel steps, again and again. Finally ADA gets momentum and blocks it, slamming Styles’ head into the steel steps! ADA tosses Styles back into the ring as the referee's count had reached 9! Styles bounces into the ropes and shoots off with a spear to ADA! He falls down to the mat as Styles goes for a cover.
(Kelly): One!
(Eli): Not even a two count! ADA just kicked out hard!
ADA is now getting up as Styles bounces off the ropes. He meets ADA this time as he wraps his hand around Styles’ neck. He begins to go for a chokeslam, but Styles continuously elbows him in the side. ADA lets go and Styles turns around with a huge neck breaker! ADA is down again as Styles climbs the turnbuckle. He waits for his opponent to slowly get up and as soon as he does, he hits him with a flying elbow.
(Kelly): You have to admit that Styles is pulling off a great match here!
(Eli): True. Even though they are excellent teammates, both men are fighting for pride here, and it shows.
(Kelly): Styles is in for another cover!
The referee is down for the count 1.........2........ and ADA gets a shoulder up. This time ADA stayed down longer and is starting to become tired. Styles is slowing down a bit, but looks to be in better shape. ADA is now up and knees Styles in the balls. Styles immediately falls to the mat holding his crotch in pain. The crowd is becoming very loud with boos and cheers. ADA has him up now and delivers a belly to belly suplex. He walks over to Styles and sets him up for a piledriver. He gets Styles positioned and hits it perfectly, planting him into the mat. He falls down over him for the cover. 1........2........
(Kelly): Oh my God! I can't believe what just happened! Styles kicked out of that piledriver!
(Eli): ADA is in total disbelief! I don't think he thought Styles had this much strength!
ADA stands up with a shocked look on his face. He picks up Styles, and attempts an atomic drop, but somehow Styles hits a cutter out of nowhere! ADA is down on the mat, but Styles can't make the cover, as he is down himself. The ref has begun his count and is at 5..........................6...................................7................................8.............................9................1...no!
Styles manages to get a hand on the ropes and pull himself to a sitting position, breaking the count. ADA starts to stir soon after, and both men somehow have the strength to get up to their feet again. They start to trade blows in the center of the ring, each blow rocking the two men, but neither one wanting to give up. Styles swings and misses, and ADA drives him into the corner. ADA climbs to the top turnbuckle nearest the announce table, and tries to pull Styles up with him, but is having no luck. Styles manages to pop ADA in the gut, and before he can capitalize, Frost moves over gingerly to the apron, and tries to hit Styles with his cane, but it’s blocked and caught! Styles snatches the cane from Frost and attempts to push him off the apron, but Frost grabs Styles by the back of the head and snaps him over the top rope, bouncing him back to a waiting ADA, who has bounced off the opposite ropes and hits Styles with a vicious Angelic Damnation. Arora runs to get ADA’s attention, but Frost, without the cane, moves quickly and grabs Arora from behind, forcing her to watch as ADA pulls Styles up into position, then hits Styles with Hopeless. Arora screams loudly NO! as the ref makes the count.1………….2……..3!
(Announcer): Here is your winner... Angelus Dante Ambrosi!
(Kelly): Wow... So all this time and Whitman Frost has been faking needing that cane?!
(Eli): He’s a genius! ADA and WTF turned the tables on Styles... I LOVE IT!
The cuts backstage were Talon is sitting at his office desk and World Champion Michael Dredge is standing on the other side, championship around his waist as he yells at the boss.
(Dredge): What were you thinking?! You could have pushed Eddie out of the show and kept him at bay... Why the hell did you bend to him?!
Talon remains calm and silent as he listens to his champions complaint
(Dredge): Don’t be getting soft of me damn it! We worked to hard to do this OUR WAY, you can’t screw this up and let guys like Bookman and Eddie run the show!
Dredge looks at Talon who remains silent, simply listening to him as if nothing is wrong.
(Talon): Dredge... He won’t make it. Not a chance in hell.
(Dredge): YOU BETTER MAKE SURE. THIS BELT IS MINE, and I WILL NOT Have him running around staking claim to MY CHAMPIONSHIP!
Dredge storms out of the office as Talon leans back in his executive chair and exhales deeply as the scene cuts back to ringside.
(Kelly): Wow... powerful stuff from Dredge there.
(Eli): He has a valid point, but I think some of his anger is from a bit of nervousness about facing Logan in a last man standing match tonight.
(Kelly): that’s a good point Eli. Logan is in the house, and I’m sure he’ll have something to say before the match tonight, but now its time for more second round action here in Crucible!
Justice Legal vs. Eddie Phoenix
(Announcer):The following is a round two Crucible match… First coming down the isle…Weighing in at two hundred and fifteen pounds, from London England..he is Justice Legal.
"Rusted From The Rain" By Billy Talent hits and the crowd goes wild as a spotlight his the ramp and strobes lights go off. Justice Legal walks out and points at the fans as a smile cracks on his face. He walks down wearing his ring gear and a t-shirt that reads "Legal Action", he walks down the ramp high fiving his fans and then stops at the bottom of the ramp where he looks from side to side then slides into the ring. He gets on the turnbuckle and does a pose
(Announcer): And his opponent, weighting in at two hundred and twenty two pounds From New York City, New York…he is…Eddie….Phoenix
“Amazing” by Kanye hits the arena as Eddie steps out to a loud ovation of cheers. Eddie smiles and smacks his chest as he poses at the top of the ramp He starts to walk down interacting with the fans as he gets to the front and slides in the ring. he pops up and goes to the top turnbuckle as flash bulbs light up the arena. Eddie drops down and looks at Legal.
(Eli): Wow this should be great match up, a teacher student, Jedi, Jedi master deal
(Kelly): Have you been waiting to use the star wars reference
(Eli): Yes, but let’s not venture from the point, truth is…we have a real good match up in the second round.
(Kelly): Especially after that last tag match, I wonder how Legal will perform with that injured shoulder
(Eli): Well going into this I thought Legal had a slight advantage, but Now with him also suffering from a shoulder injury I have to give the edge to Eddie.
Both men circle the ring rotating their shoulder, the crowd gets on their feet. Legal walks to the middle to shake Eddie’s hand as the crowd is getting into it. Eddie extends his hand as Legal grabs it and whips Eddie across the ropes
(Kelly): Sneaky
(Eli): Smart, he needs the advantage anyway he can get it
Eddie ducked a clothesline and comes back for a hip toss, Legal takes him up and ver but Eddie lands on his feet and throws a clothesline that Legal ducks, Legal grabs Eddie and lfts him up and brings him down hard onto his knee
(Kelly): Wow old school atomic drop, we haven’t seen one of those in a long time
Eddie grabs his lower back and tailbone in pain and falls forward on the ropes. Legal gets right back to work on Eddie and brings him in and connects with a suplex, Legal rolls up and over for the pin , the ref gets down 1……popped. Legal gets up as Eddie is rolling over getting to a knee, Legal comes in and school boy pins Eddie as the ref gets down again 1…….2.popped, Legal burst right up and hits the ropes, Eddie getting up, Leap frogs Legal, Legal goes under, hits the ropes and comes back, Eddie drops down, Legal stops and drops and Elbow to the back of Eddie. He lets out a grunt of pain, Legal gets up and drops another Elbow. He gets up again as Eddie rolls over on his back, he waits and drops a leg drop across the neck and throat of Eddie. Eddie grabs his throat gasping for air.
(Eli): must say I am Impressed with Legal, he must have really studied Eddie, he’s keeping him off his feet and focusing on the Mid section of Eddie. Those elbows to the back had to job some of those healed ribs up
(Kelly): Good strategy but he has to stay consistent
Legal as Eddie in the corner, he leans Eddie back and lands a hard cross chop to Eddie’s chest as the fans let out a “WHOOO” , He leans Eddie back again as Eddie thumbs his eye, Legal covers his face trying to regain vision, Eddie grabs Legal and tosses him in the corner and starts landing a bevy of kicks and hard forearms to the mid section.
(Eli): the thumbs to the eyes was an underhanded move by Eddie, I like it
(Kelly): I didn’t see it coming
(Eli): Neither did Legal, It think he still can’t see anything coming
Eddie grabs the arm with the injured shoulder and wraps it around the top rope and pulls. Legal lets out a scream of pain. Eddie looks around and shrugs his shoulders. He grabs his arm again and pulls him from the corner, he goes under and is trying to apply a chicken wing but Legal dashes for the ropes and grabs it with his other hand as the ref urges Eddie to release Legal. Eddie let’s go and backs up as Legal gets to the ropes and holds on telling Eddie to back up. Legal messages his shoulder and move his arm in a circular motion. Legal says something to Eddie pointing to Eddie’s shoulder. Eddie shrugs and tells Legal to come get it. Legal and Eddie circle the ring as Legal slowly comes in and raises his hand as to compete in a test of strength. Eddie looks to the crowd as the crowd is telling Eddie “not to” Eddie slowly extends his hand, both men touch fingers as neither wants to commit. Eddie and legal Lock up one hand as Now Legal extends other hand. Eddie slowly comes in and grabs Legal’s hands as both lock up hard and go chest-to-chest struggling center of the ring.
(Kelly): I really like what both these men are ding, there showing us a lot of different looks
(Eli): Legal is doing a fine job of keeping up so far.
(Kelly): I would think Eddie or Legal would want to end this quick, they don’t want to go to long, for the longer their in their the more of a risk of further damaging their shoulders
(Eli): I wouldn’t worry about Eddie, Eddie can go, I once sent that guy compete in a sixty minute match Iron Man match after defending his tag titles a few years back, Eddie’s stamina is undoubtedly the best I ever seen but he is not a hundred percent so he has to be careful
Both men still struggling to get an advantage, Legal seems to be getting a slight upper hand as Eddie is grimacing. The fans are behind both men as chant so f eddies are starting to break out. Legal is slowly bringing Eddie down to a knee, Eddie is shaking his head “No”. Legal is putting in max pressure as Eddie slowly starts to make a comeback. The fans are going crazy. Eddie drops back and pulls Legal up and over, Legal goes in the air but comes back down and pulls Eddie up, Eddie uses the force of his pulling as leverage and jumps up while still in the lock and Knees Legal right in the face.. Legal goes stumbling back to the ropes and comes back as Eddie runs in the other direction and hits the ropes and comes back with a “Banana Chote” and connects. The fans pop. Eddie gets up as Legal rolls to his side and is trying to get up shaking it off, Eddie runs as Legal backs up to the ropes, He throws a hard clothesline sending both men up and over the top rope to the outside of the ring. The fans pop
(Kelly): This is where neither man wants to be
(Eli): I agree, but the advantage goes to Eddie, before Eddie became what I like to call the “Strategic Assassin” he was known for his hardcore insanity. He hasn’t forgotten, if you remember it was his plunge from the top that put him on the shelf to begin with.
(Kelly): I did not know that…
Both men are on their feet leaning on the apron. Eddie runs in with a knee to the back of Legal sending him head first into the steel post. He gets busted open as blood trickles down his face. Legal is on the his knees. Eddie rolls in the ring and breaks the count. He then rolls out and grabs Legal by the back of the neck as the ref starts over
1…………. Eddie grabs Legal by the hair and brings him in,
2…………….and hits a suplex that seems to have hurt both men.
3…………………Eddie is sitting up grabbing his shoulder extending his arms as if he’s trying to work out the kinks. Eddie stands up
4…………………….. He grabs Legal and gets him up and rolls him in the ring, Eddie rolls in after him as the ref stops the count. He gets up and leans back on the ropes then comes forward with a stiff kick to the injured shoulder of Legal. Legal falls grabbing his shoulder in pain.
(Eli): I’m very shocked at Eddie’s approach. Legal being his friend and all I would think they had some sort of o shoulder policy
(Kelly): That’s where experience comes into play, I’m sure Legal thought there was , and I’m sure Eddie never confirmed it…
Eddie lifts Legal up by the injured arm. And kicks the inner part of the shoulder and bring legal’s down to one knee…after a few seconds of gathering himself he grabs Legal as Legal gets up with a burst of energy and grabs Eddie’s arm with the injured shoulder and drops back and hits a modified “Code Breaker” on Eddie’s shoulder sending Eddie flying back in pain.
(Eli): Wow he used Eddie’s own move on him
Both men are down holding their shoulder. Eddie is on one knee as Legal is already on his feet Legal looks down and is getting amped up. Eddie is on a knee as Legal comes in and connects with a Shinning Wizard and connects as the crowd is stunned at the turn of events. Legal is hyped as he gets back and seems to be setting up Eddie for a Spear. The crowd is chanting “Eddie” as some pockets chant “Justice Legal” Legal is perched down and staling Eddie, Eddie is slowly getting up and turns in the middle of the ring, Legal comes in with the spear, Eddie maneuvers Legal and wraps him up into what he now calls the “EKG” (Modified Rings of Saturn million Dollar Dream) in which he’s pulling back on that injured shoulder. The crowd pops
(Kelly): Holy Hell, how was Eddie even able to think faster enough to apply his Submission to Legal
(Eli): I’m going say Eddie did his homework and played possum
Legal is right in the middle as Eddie leans back screaming as the ref is asking legal if he wants to give up…. After a long battle, Legal Taps out as the ref calls for the bell Eddie releases the hold and his music plays! Legal is in serious pain on the mat, as Eddie rolls off holding his own shoulder.
(Kelly): Wow, What a good match, we saw a little of everything
(Eli): but in the end Legal just didn’t have the experiences to overcome a Focused and determined Eddie
(Kelly): Sounds like your cheering for him Eli…
(Eli): Listen normally I don’t like these boy scouts, especially ones that pander to the fans but Eddie has a point, what he did with the occupy was genius. And you can’t fault anyone willing to put their career on the line no matter how stupid it sounds. Do I agree with him wrestling in his condition? NO, but I do agree that it should be his choice…and he and when he gets hurt so bad he can’t compete then he will have to retire from his own stubbornness
(Kelly): So is that a yes
Eddie has Helped Legal up as Legal pushes Eddie away upset at himself…Eddie looks on, Legal looks in then walks to Eddie as Both men embrace in a hug as Eddie raises Legal’s hand. The crowd appreciates it and claps as Eddie walks away and through the ropes as he leaves. Legal follows as both men walk up the ramp. They get to the top and turn to the fans and raise their arms and suddenly out the back Sykes runs out and Levels Legal, Eddie turns and is met with a chair shot to the head that sends him down. The fans are stunned. Sykes looks down and drops the chair as he makes his way to the back and EMT’s and security are running over to Legal and Eddie’s aid.
(Eli): Sykes is obviously sending a message here tonight!
(Kelly): Dammit Sykes, Your gonna get the shit kicked out of you bastard… This is just ridiculous.
Sykes walks up the ramp as the fans boo him loudly… The camera pans around and spots a shadowy figure walking around in the rafters. The spotlight hits him briefly, but in a flash he disappears into a shadowy crevasse of the scaffolding. The fans are confused but quickly turn their attention back to the ring where Eddie and Legal are both slowly making their way out and back up the ramp.
(Eli): What was that up in the rafters?
(Kelly): Well if I didn’t know better, I’d think that Sting was here, but I know that’s no the case haha.
(Eli): Whoever it was up there, it’s kind of creepy to me…
(Kelly): I agree, maybe security should check that out.
Daniel Fury vs. Diego de la Vega
(Announcer): The following is the final second round contest and is for the CRW Apex Championship… the winner will also advance to the semi finals to face Angelus Dante Ambrosi… First coming to the ring… Daniel FURY!
Hangman is coming down from the gallows and I don’t have very long
Everything goes black for a half second until the song screams "YEAH!"
The lights come back on full force as a large plume of silver pyro explodes above the entrance ramp and the song kicks in full force!
The fans cheer loudly as Daniel Fury stands in the cloud left by the pyro in his ring gear ready for action. Fury raises his left arm in the air to a loud reaction before running and sliding under the bottom rope, popping to his feet quickly and climbing the nearest turnbuckle, pumping up the fans before returning to the centre of the ring. He tests the ropes and performs a quick silent prayer before the match begins.
(Announcer): And his opponent... from Juarez, Mexico... The Apex Champion... Diego de la Vega!
"El Rey" by Vicente Fernandez plays and Diego De La Vega enters the arena with a lot of energy. He raises his left arm while slapping his chest twice with his right arm. As he walks down the ramp he exchanges high fives with people along the side reaching out to grab him. He climbs the ring steps and slingshots himself into the ring from the apron. In the ring he raises both arms and the championship high into the air as the fans cheer, he points to the heavens while bowing his head, saying a small prayer. He turns and faces his opponent in the ring as the fans begin to chant “GO DIEGO GO”
(Eli): I’ll tell you one thing Kelly, The fans EAT THIS GUY UP!
(Kelly): They really do. He has alot of charisma and a lot of charm, even from behind that mysterious mask.
The bell rings and they both tie up immediately, with Fury quickly transitioning into a headlock but Diego powers out, pushing Fury against the ropes and then drops having Fury leap over him and hit the ropes again, this time Diego turns and vaults over Fury who hits the ropes once more and Diego counters with an arm drag. Fury quickly rolls to his feet as Diego comes off the ropes himself and dropping him once again with flying clothesline. Both men pop up, Fury is still off balance when Diego springboards off the second rope and hit’s a drop kick. He goes for a quick cover and the ref counts 1.…….2... But Fury kicks out. Diego lifts Fury back to his feet and looks for a suplex but Fury gets free and lands behind him, Diego turns right into a big spinning heel kick. Fury comes off the ropes and lands an elbow drop and hooks the leg and the ref counts 1.……2- Kick-out.
(Eli): A close one there for the Apex champion, Fury looks focused here early on. Fury lifts Diego to his feet but the determined Mexican fights back and they both exchange blows. Diego ducks underneath a right hand by Fury and lifts him into a German Suplex, and holds the bridge pin and the ref counts 1.……..2.. But Fury kicks out. Diego comes off the ropes as Fury gets up and just manages to duck a clothesline attempt and then stop Diego on the rebound with the Arrow to the Knee (Drop kick to the knee of a running opponent). He quickly lifts Diego to his feet and, with an impressive show of strength, lifts Diego into a stalling brain buster, then floats over into the pin and the referee starts to counts 1.……..2.…. But Diego manages to kick out. But the rookie doesn’t let it phase him and climbs to the top rope, looking for the Falling Fury (Lo-Down style Frog Splash), and he leaps off but finds no one is home and crashes into the mat as Diego rolls under the bottom rope. The crowd cheer as Diego takes a breather on the outside, diving back into the ring to break the count at 6.
Fury looks in a lot of pain as he gets to his feet, only for Diego to run and execute a perfect float-over-DDT. He wastes no time, grabbing Fury to his feet he hits the Rolling Suplex (The Three Amigos). He hooks the leg and the ref counts 1.………2.….. But no! Fury kicks out. Diego shakes his head a little as he gets up and lifts Fury up to his feet once more. He lifts him up looking for the Dos Lagrimas(Rolling German Suplex)", but Fury gets free and lands on his feet, comes off the ropes and hits the “Sick Kick (Running single leg dropkick). Diego bounces back to his feet and comes after Fury who is quicker and almost takes Diego’s head off with the Carbon Footprint (Brogue Kick). He looks for the pin and the ref counts 1.……..2.….. But Diego somehow kicks out!
(Kelly): Wow, I thought he had him there! Diego is holding on tight, but Fury is trying to rip this match away along with the Apex title!
Fury grabs him back up to his feet by the mask and whips him hard into the corner, and follows up with a lariat. Fury whips Diego across the ring to the other corner but the Apex Champion leaps onto the turn buckle and turns just as Fury charges at him, leaping off with a breath taking flying head scissors, and then locks in the El Fin (Flying Head Scissors into a Fijuwara Armbar). The crowd erupt into cheers as Diego increases the torque and Fury grasps for the ropes.
(Eli): EL FIN! EL FIN!
(Kelly): Can Fury escape here?!
(Eli): I don’t think he can! He’s in the center of the ring! Diego has him right where he wants him!
The young rookie is helpless as he yells in pain, the bottom rope agonizingly out of reach. Diego increases the pressure on the hold and Fury eventually taps out and Diego releases the hold as the ref calls for the bell.
(Kelly): ITS OVER!
(Announcer): HERE IS YOUR WINNER AND STILL CRW APEX CHAMPION! DIEGO.... DE....LA....VEGA!!!!
(Eli): Diego has advanced to the semi finals! What an impressive move there to finish the match!
(Kelly): “El Fin” really did spell out the end for Daniel Fury’s Crucible hopes. Now the inspirational, spiritual, Diego De La Vega is on his way to the semi finals!

The cameras find Eddie is in his dressing room, sitting while an ice pack is strapped to his shoulder and he’s holding an icepack on his neck after being blindsided by Karl Sykes. Hailey’s Comet is in the room. With him with a slight look of concern.
(Comet): Ed Please, No more, just let Kevin Legacy move on. It’s not worth it. What good is trying to win this if your career will be over. Let’s just go, make peace with Bookman so when you are ready you can walk in and demand what ever it is you want..
Eddie looks up and stares at Haileys, he looks back down and grabs his bottle of water and takes a sip. He’s shaking his head
(Ed): I really do appreciate your concern Hailey’s, But I told myself that I would never walk away from a fight. I told the fans that I would never let them down. They supported me when they didn’t have to. They stood in the cold, they wrote letters, called into T.V stations, Protested in front of ESPN. Now you want me to pack up and go because I have a few bruises. I said it before, Bruises are nothing new to me.
(Comet): Eddie, this is a bad omen, you’re going against Kevin Legacy, the last time you faced him you ended up in this predicament. Don’t do it, and they just announced that the stipulation going into this will be a lumber jack match. Understand me, you will be out there with a bunch of guys who hate the fact you got into this tournament.
(Eddie): So be it, I will also be out there with people who voted me in. I will be out there with a few buddies, and most important I will be out there with,…(He looks up as the crowd starts going crazy)…I will be out there with the fans..
Chants of Eddie break out as he stands up, rips the icepack off his shoulder, put the ice pack he was holding on his neck down and opens the door and leaves…
(Eli): I mean, Normally I would call Eddie stupid for fighting injured, hell I have, it’s on record, but after all this we have been through in the last two weeks, he better fight until he either wins or dies
(Kelly): I think that’s his plan…
Kevin Legacy vs. Eddie Phoenix : SEMI FINALS
(Announcer): The following contest is a semi finals match… the randomly drawn stipulation for tonights match will be… a Lumberjack Match! ...First let’s bring out the Lumberjacks
One by one they come out to the ring… Every man in the tournament so far.
(Eli): I guess this would be the guys who did not vote for Eddie as we see Lucas Payne, Gravedigger, Chris Mosh, Grim Draconis and his brother William Draconis
They all come out to boo’s and surround the far end of the ring and left side.
(Kelly): Then that would have to make these guys the ones who voted for him, There Daniel Fury, Justice Legal, “Black Death” James Wallace, and Freddie styles… Where is that Coward Karl Sykes at?
(Eli): I mean, he has already rubbed a lot of guys down there wrong…why would he come out. I mean look at some of these guys, you think they want to be out here, some of them still feeling the effects of one hell of a Tournament. I think they would rather be soaking in ice water or getting taken care of.
(Announcer): First coming down to the ring….he weight two hundred and five pounds, From Las Angeles California, he is….Kevin Legacy…
"In the Air Tonight" by Nonpoint as the boo’s ring out. He slowly steps out. The crowd is letting him know how they feel. With a smug look on his face he slowly walks down to the ramp
(Eli): you think the Crucible is having it’s effect on Legacy
(Kelly): Listen, there is no one more feeling the effects of this tournament then Eddie Phoenix at the moment
Legacy gets to the front as Freddie styles and Justice Legal slowly move out the way and let him by. Kevin walks past them still smug as ever as slides in under the ropes. He gets up and walks to the corner as he raises his hands up. The boos get louder.
(Announcer): And his opponent, Weighing in at Two Hundred and Tweny pounds, he hails from Bronx New York….Eddie Phoenix….
Suddenly “Amazing” By Kanye West hits the arena, the crowd erupts. Eddie Phoenix steps out from the back. He walks to the head of the ramp as the crowd is blowing the roof off. He points to the crowd then aims to the ring, he motions with his hands so that Freddie styles and Justice Legal part the middle, Freddie gives him the thumbs up and moves out the way as Legal walks to the side. Eddie calls for the crowd as he runs and slides right in under the bottom rope and is met with stomps from Kevin Legacy. The ref calls for the bell as the fans react.
(Eli): I agree, Legacy does not want to waist time, the next round is a 60 minute iron man match.
Legacy is going full steam on Eddie as he has mounted Eddie with an assault of punches and forearms. Eddie manages to roll him off and get on top of Legacy but Legacy quickly rolls out from under Eddie to the outside Near gravedigger who helps Legacy shake it off. Eddie is on one knee. Legacy gets to the apron as Eddie comes in and lays in hard with a right hand, then grabs Legacy by the head and locks him into a suplex, Gravedigger swipes at Eddie’a Feet which breaks the hold and allows Legacy to leap over Eddie into a sunset flip and into a pin….1…………2..Popped, Eddie rolls out and gets to a knee as Legacy comes in with a low short clothesline and connects sending Eddie down hard. Legacy rolls and gets up. He’ see’s Eddie holding his neck and walks over, and with a precise measurement drops a hard knee to the shoulder of Eddie. Eddie instantly reaches for his shoulder in pain as the crowd is booing. Legacy looks at the crowd and points to his head screaming how smart he is. Hew grabs Eddie by the injured arm and by the head and helps him up, he then goes under into a wrist lock and uses his leg to press down behind Eddie’s leg bringing him to a knee, you can see the pain on Eddie’s face. Eddie then rolls forward, turns goes under and turns swiftly but Legacy ducks a clothesline and spins Eddie into a full nelson in which he then turns Eddie around into a snap mare that brings Eddie up and over landing on the mat into a sit down position, then he lays in hard with a solid knee to the back. Eddie let’s out a scream as he falls to the side in pain. Gravedigger calls at Legacy and motions to bring Eddie over. Legacy picks Eddie up, grabs his tights and neck and runs and throws Eddie over the top, Eddie holds on to the and lands on the apron, then he springboards off of the second rope and Moonsaults into Gravedigger, Grim and William Draconis and Lucas Payne. The crowd goes pops as al five men go down to the mat. Eddie rolls off as Fury comes over to make sure Eddie is ok, he helps Eddie up and out of that side. The crowd is cheering. Fury Looks up and Legacy goes over the top with a plancha but Fury pushes Eddie out the way while lunging to the side as Legacy crash lands to outside.
(Eli) That can’t be good, why would he take a risk like that
(Kelly): things are getting out of hand, don’t they know there is one more round
The crowd let’s out an “ohhh” Legacy is hurt grabbing his side and midsection out the ring. Fury extends his hand and helps Eddie up and Legal lands a square shot to the back of Legacy to the crowd’s enjoyment. Eddie gets up and rolls in the ring as the ref is at 3………Eddie tells Fury to roll Legacy in. He leans down to pick Legacy up but he gets taken out by a big boot from Lucas Payne to the side of the head. Freddie Styles comes in with a running flying forearm. Grim runs over and tries to tackle Freddie as grim and William bring him down. Legal has charged gravedigger only to get tossed over the railing into the crowd. Legacy rolls into the ring slowly as Eddie is setting up, Legacy gets up and turns as Eddie reaches to hit his code breaker but Legacy drops back and avoid the finisher and rolls out the ring. Payne and both Draconis have got Fury up. Eddie slides out of the ring behind he calls out to the Draconis Brothers let Fury go and turn around and get double clotheslines by Eddie, but to no avail Eddie is brought down hard by a powerful lariat from Lucas. Gravedigger has got Legacy up and ready to go as Legacy rolls into the ring to break the count. Things are getting back to normal as Lucas rolls Eddie into the ring.
(Kelly): What excitement, I don’t know if either of these men will have what it takes in an iron man match
Legacy has Eddie and in the corner and lands a big knee to Eddie’s mid-section. He grabs Eddie’s arm and whips him across the ring to the other corner. Eddie runs and hits as Legacy follows with a stiff clothesline that knocks the spit out of Eddie’s mouth into the first row. Legacy, again grabs Eddie’s arm and walks him out the corner and locks him into and lifts him up into a suplex, He lifts Eddie up and over, but Eddie goes over Grabs Legacy into a belly to back. Then Eddie maneuvers and turns and grabs Legacy’s neck and connects with a neck breaker. Eddie rolls over Legacy for the pin as the ref drops 1…………2…..Popped.
(Eli): This match is intense
(Kelly): That’s an understatement.
Eddie gets up and rotates his shoulder and rolls his neck, Gravedigger calls out for Eddie as Eddie looks his way and drops a leg drop on Legacy,, Gravedigger gets on the apron. Eddie turns away giving Gravedigger his back as he ignores him. The ref is telling Gravedigger to get down. Eddie lifts Legacy up as Grim Draconis slides in the ring behind the ref who is trying to get Gravedigger off the apron and level Eddie with clothesline. Legal slides in and takes Grim down as both men are wailing on each other. The ref turns and doesn’t know what happened as William Draconis slides in to and stomps Legal in the back, Mosh slides in and level Draconis
(Eli): What the hell…all hell has broken loose, Officially
(Kelly): Listen because all the losers and wack offs stood on one side of the ring don’t mean they like each other…this ref can’t seem to get a hold of what’s going on
Mosh gets on William Draconis and starts throwing blows. Gravedigger reaches in and grabs Eddie’s foot and drags him out. Eddie lands on his feet as Gravedigger throws a haymaker, Eddie blocks it and throws on himself. Mosh and Draconis are fighting outside of the ring. Grim is assisting his brother as they have taken over Mosh and are now working him over outside the ring. Lucas Payne slides gets in the ring. Freddie Styles slides in as the ref is now paying attention to Eddie and Gravedigger going at it outside the ring exchanging blows. Freddie styles runs at Payne and Payne grabs him by the neck. Legal runs in for the save but Payne grabs Legal by the neck, Both men kick Payne in the gut and lock him into a double suplex, but Payne breaks it and grabs both men by the neck and lifts them up and slams them down hard with a double choke slam as both men land hard and roll out the ring. The fans are going crazy. Eddie has got the slight upper hand as Payne gets out and attacks Eddie. Both big men are now working on Eddie. Gravedigger tells Payne to hold Eddie up. Gravedigger steps back and comes in hard as Eddie manages to escape and drops down as Gravedigger level Lucas Payne sending Payne sprawling backwards. Gravedigger looks at payne then looks at Eddie and kicks Eddie in the ribs. Gravedigger gets leveled in the back by Payne. Both men start exchanging blows. Legacy is up on his feet as Eddie slides in and is met with a few knees to the head. The crowd is going crazy. Legacy picks Eddie up.
(Eli): It’s amazing that James Wallace and Fury has managed to stay out of most of this mayhem
(Kelly): They have no real beef with no one out here.
Legacy has slammed Eddie down in a body slam. He sets him up and goes back to the ropes, bounces off but Fury grabs his leg as the crowd pops. The ref runs over at Fury as Legacy is pissed at him. Fury tells Legacy to come out, Legacy walks over tells the ref to get rid of them as Eddie comes on and “Drops the Edge” (Back Stabber) the crowd pops. Gravedigger who has gotten the better of Payne and has tossed him over the railing see’s what’s going on inside the ring. He makes a move to the ring and is cut off by James Wallace
(Eli): Wow, finally Wallace getting involved, these two behemoths are set to tear the side of this arena off. Both men look at each other in a defensive position. Both men run and lock up as they crash through the railing bringing down the whole lefts of the railing.
(Kelly): unbelievable.
Eddie picks up Legacy but with a burst of energy Legacy smacks Eddie’s hands off and hits him with a chinbuster which sends Eddie stumbling backwards to the ropes.. Legacy Kicks Eddie in his stomach, Eddie leans over as Legacy lifts him up in what looks like his “9021ouch” (Suplex into modified stunner). Eddie goes up and over and maneuvers to land on his feet, grabs Legacy and connects with his “Kraken Breaker” (Skull Crushing Finale} as the crowd goes crazy Eddie makes the pin as the ref gets down…1…………2……………3…The ref calls for the bell as the Arena explodes in ovation!
(Eli): What an unbelievable match from these superstars. Legacy gave Eddie all he could handle!
(Kelly): But Eddie showed Legacy what he’s really made of here tonight. What a match!
(Eli): But how much does Eddie have left in the tank… can he go toe to toe with either ADA or Diego in a 60 minute Iron Man Match?
(Kelly): …I hope so, but I really don’t know.
Fury slides in and Helps Eddie up as the crowd is going crazy. Amazing is blasting as Eddie steps out the ring and see’s the complete Chaos that has taken place ring side.
The camera cuts backstage and shows a split screen… on the left side, Angelus Dante Ambrosi and Whitman Trent Frost walk through one hallway toward the entrance stage, on the right side Diego de la Vega says a quick prayer and exits his locker room and makes his way to the same area, his Apex title draped over his shoulder as he takes a deep breath.
The fans are chanting for Diego as the ringside area clears of all the brawling and peace is temporarily restored. Angelus Dante Ambrosi vs. Diego De La Vega
(Announcer): Ladies and gentlemen… the following contest is the semi finals match that will decide who advances to the finals to face Eddie Phoenix! …This matches Random stipulation is….
Suddenly the lights begin to flash left and right and all around and the cage that has been hanging above the ring from the rafters all night begins to lower!
(Kelly): OH MY….
(Announcer): THIS MATCH WILL BE A STEEL CAGE MATCH! First coming to the ring… Angelus Dante Ambrosi!
ADA and Frost make their way down to the ring as the fans boo heavily… ADA climbs into the ring via the cage door… he looks at Frost who is holding his staff-like cane and nods.
(Eli): A rematch from last face off, this will be great both these men are very formidable but now you add the factor of a cage match!
(Kelly): I Can’t wait to see how Vega’s responds to a cage match, steel cages aren’t the norm in Mexico…it’s more of an American thing.
(Announcer): …and his opponent, The CRW Apex Champion, Diego de la Vega!
Diego makes his way to the ring as the fans burst into a “Go Diego Go” chant… He climbs up the cage and into the ring, raising the Apex title up to the heavens as he bows his head.
(Announcer): Ladies and gentlemen, this cage match can be won by escape, pinfall, or submission!
The fans are on their feet as the bell rings…
Vega Looks around at the steel cage. Ambrosi grabs the cage and is shaking the structure out as the fans are getting into it. Ambrosi gestures to his waist saying he’s getting his title back. Vega waves no with his finger. Both men the bell sounds as both men start to circle the ring as the crowd is on their feet.
(Eli): wow, do you feel that tremor from the fans. You would think that they have been waiting for this match for ages with the energy that is in the air.
Vega and Ambrosi slow down, they both walk and go to lock up in the middle of the ring but Ambrosi right away gives a thumbs to the eyes which settles the crowd quickly. Vega grabs his eye blinded and Ambrosi hits a European uppercut that sends Vega flying backwards hitting the ropes and coming back and getting level with a hard clothesline. Ambrosi gets up on fire, screaming profanities at the crowd stating he is the man.. Ambrosi leans down and picks Vega up but not before two hard forearm shots to the back. He grabs Vega by the neck and tights and runs him over to throw him head first into the cage, Both men run but Vega puts his ahnd and Feet out and blocks it as Ambrosi is trying hard to slam his head into the cage, Vega throws an elbow to his chest then his jaw trying to get Ambrosi to loosen up. Ambrosi gets stunned as Vega quickly turns it around and sends Ambrosi to the steel cage head first. The crowd pops as Ambrosi comes stumbling back Vega runs with a high knee to the back that sends Ambrosi again into the steel cage head first and down to the mat.
(Kelly): Wow, Ambrosi is bald also…
(Eli): I know, unfair advantage buy Vega who is wearing that nice layer of protection while Ambrosi is getting that forehead tenderized.
Vega is on his feet now laying to the crowd as they are getting excited. Vega looks around at the top of the cage as the fans are cheering, then he looks at the door on the steel cage and then down at Ambrosi. He grabs Ambrosi by the arm and head to help pick him up. He walks Ambrosi over to the ropes and wraps his arm on the top rope and yanks it hard. Ambrosi lets out a scream of pain holding his quadriceps. He does it again and lets go as Ambrosi falls to both knees holding his arm in pain.
(Kelly): What is he doing…just beat the crap out of him
(Eli): What he is doing is called stratergy. he’s working on the arm of Ambrosi knowing his arms will help him pull himself up and over the cage, I won’t be surprised if he goes for the leg next
Vega goes right for the leg, grabbing the ankle and kicking the back of the hamstrings. He goes to kick it again and Ambrosi pulls him in with his leg and then kicks him in the face sending him down to the mat. Ambrosi rolls on his side and check the movement of his shoulder and shakes off the pan on his leg. He gets up as Vega is on one knee. He Ambrosi goes in quick with a viscous knee to the side of the head. Vega is dazed and on his back. Ambrosi then grabs Vega’s leg and turns him over and into an ankle lock. Vega screams out as the ref ask does he give. Ambrosi falls back and wraps his legs around Vega’s leg to increase the pressure. Vega is trying to reach for the ropes. Ambrosi screams to add more pressure. Vega is telling the ref “NO”. He pulls even closer. Then he turns over and uses his heel to try and beak free, Amrbosi lets it go and gets up quickly. Vega reaches for his ankle and is in pain. Ambrosi runs right in and stomps his ankle. Ambrosi grabs his Leg and tried to pull him to the middle of the ring but Vega is holding onto the bottom rope. Ambrsi pulls, Vega pulls back, Ambrosi pulls again and Vega pulls him in hard as Vega’s head hits the steel cage again. This time some blood can be seen trickling down Ambrosi’s head. Ambrosi is on his back looking up wiping the blood from his forehead. Vega uses the ropes as Leverage and gets up. Ambrosi has rolled on his side. Vega runs out the corner and drop kicks Ambrosi’s who is on his knees right in the head. Vega gets up and Ambrosi is flat on his back.. Vega looks up and grabs the cage, He starts to climb the turnbuckle
(Kelly): He’s going for it
Vega climbs and is on the top turnbuckle but it is obvious his ankle if bothering him. He lifts himself up an elevation. Ambrosi is on his knees and getting up. Blood completely covering his face. He walks over and is starting to climb the cage right near Vega. Vega puts his foot down and we can see it still hurts so he tries to use his upper body. Ambrosi reaches but shakes his hand in pain as he reaches up. Vega uses a lot of strength to pull himself up but Ambrosi is right under him. Ambrosi is completely standing on the top turnbuckle facing Vega who is right above him in grabing distance. Ambrosi climbs upward and grabs Vega’s boot. The fans are going crazy for this match.
(Eli): I’ll say the same thing here, one of them has a 60 minute match next…
Ambrosi has Vega’s feet and is screaming at him to come down. Vega looks out to the crowd and leaps off and catches Ambrosi into a Hurricanrana two elevations above the top turnbuckle. Vega lands hard on his lower body as Ambrosi goes flying off and hits the amt hard. The fans stand and go crazy. Both men are down.
(Kelly): Well what did you expect….I didn’t see that coming…
(Eli): are we even gonna have a last match, I won’t be surprised these the last two guys come out last match with pillows and just crash…
Vega rolls over and puts his arm over Ambrosi, the ref gets down 1……….2……….Nooooo, Ambrosi gets his arm up at the last moment.
(Kelly): The crowd was about to explode, can you imagine that ..if Eddie and Vega met in the finals. The only two Latin American wrestlers on the roster meeting for the ultimate a prize, a chance at the heavyweight tile…
(Eli): really Eddie is latino…I thought he was White…I mean the guy has no accent
(Kelly): That is so wrong on all levels…
Vega is up on his feet but hunched over trying to walk on his feet, he seems to have slightly shaken off the ankle pain. Ambrosi is on one knee, Vega turns around and explodes with a shinning Wizard but Ambrosi steps into it and catches Vega into a Front Face T-Bone suplex and sends Vega up and over and down to the mat once again as Ambrosi falls to a knee trying to catch his breath. He looks at Vega then at the door and tells the outside official to open the door, the outside refs runs over and starts to put the key in the lock to open it. Ambrosi shakes it off and starts to make his way to the corner and out the door. He looks back as Vega is on one knee getting up, Ambrosi runs in hard and throws his Angelic Damnation (Clothesline from Hell). But Vega strafes to the side and catches Ambrosi’s arm and connects with his Fijuwara Armbar and Brings Ambrosi down center of the ring. Ambrosi is screaming trying to get to he ropes as the ref is asking does he submit. Ambrosi is shaking his head “No” as the fans are going crazy. Ambrosi uses momentum and turns over and turns the arm bar into a pin as the ref counts 1……….2…popped. the fans sigh in relief, but Vega gets up and goes at Amrbosi. Ambrosi grabs vega’s legs and brings him down then mounts him as Vega turns over using Ambrosi as Leverage, now Vega is on top of Ambrosi, Ambrosi pushes him off and gets up along with Vega, Vega comes in and ducks a clothesline and hits the ropes, Ambrosi turns around and leap frogs, Vega hits the other ropes and comes back and gets caught in what was gonna be a sideslam but gets turned into a tilt-a-whirl head scissors that sends Ambrosi to the corner turnbuckle head first and stumbling back out. Vega is up and grabs Ambrosi into a belly to back and lifts him up an over into a belly to back suplex bridge pin , the ref drops….1………….2……………Noooo, Ambrosi popped. The fans were about to lose it.
(Eli): Wow, what a close one
(Kelly): I was about to jump out my seat
(Eli) You an a few thousand people.
Vega is on his knees looking down shaking his head. Ambrosi is face down holding his. Head. Vega, gets up and grabs Ambrosi. He walks him over to the turnbuckles and signals to the crowd. He sits Ambrosi on the top and starts to climb. Ambrosi throws a punch, then a second. Vega slams a headbutt down hard. Vega ascends the top and leaps and goes for a Hurricanrana but Ambrosi holds the top rope and Vega falls back but doesn’t let go. He is still attached Ambrosi. Vega lifts himself back up as the fans are going crazy. Vega then extends and grabs the cage and uses the leverage to hoist himself up as he starts to climb the cage. Ambrosia little dazed looks around then up as he turns and starts up on the steel cage. Both men are going for it, Vega has the slight edge but Ambrosi is right there. Vega gets to the top and starts to bring his leg up and over. Ambrosi is now getting to the top as he too is lifting his leg up and over. Both men are sitting uptop the steel cage with one leg on either side of the cage. The fans are chanting “Go Diego Go” with small pockets chanting “ADA”… both men start to exchange hard blows to the head. Vega Brings his other leg over and Kicks Ambrosi on the side of the head. Ambrosi is completely dazed. Vega goes to kick him again and Ambrosi grabs his leg and drives a straight had elbow right into the knee as Vega lets out a scream. Ambrosi starts to puts his leg over. Vega starts to stand as it seems like Ambrosi is contemplating jumping off. Vega, Ambrosi stands up as both men are now standing up, the fans are on the edge of their seats. Vega leaps and Huricanranas Ambrosi off but extends and grabs the top of the cage that he holds onto as Ambrosi goes flying off to the center of the ring. The fan lose their shit and gose absolutely nuts chanting “holy Shit” and “you killed Dante”
(Eli): Holy shit storm
(Kelly): oh my god
the fans are in pandemonium as Ambrosi is down but trying to get to his feet in the center of the ring. Vega is in pain and pauses, hanging on the cage... ADA begins to stir in the ring and begins dragging himself toward the cage door as Diego uses his upper body to lifts himself up and over the steel cage as he starts to climb down. Meanwhile ADA is half way out of the cage and still halfway unconscious... ADA is only moving on instinct as Frost yells for him to "COME TO MY VOICE"
...Suddenly, Freddie Styles rushes down the entrance ramp and shoves Frost aside! Styles grabs the cage door and smashes it full force into ADA's face, knocking him out the rest of the way! Styles smirks and hops over the guard rail into the crowd as Whitman Trent Frost rushes across the arena floor and uses his 6 foot long cane to swing and crack Diego across the back! Diego yells out in pain but uses all his strength to kick Frost in the face sending him falling backwards into the guard railing! The fans are cheering “go Diego Go” as Vega finally reaches the bottom and touches down as the bell rings! He collapses in exhaustion and lays on the floor as his music hits and the fans are going wild!
(Announcer): HERE IS YOUR WINNER… DIEGO DE LA VEGA!!!
(Eli): another remarkable match from these two, this has to get the match of the year right here!
(Kelly): Diego is a Crucible Finalist! He’s going to take on Eddie Phoenix in that sixty minute iron man match later tonight… I can’t believe it! This is going to be amazing!

“I am Best” by 2ne1 comes blasting over the speakers. The crowd is on their feet as Jasmine Lee comes through the curtain.
As she walks down the ramp she slaps hands with the fans. She climbs inside of the ring and goes to the one of the corners and plays to the fans a bit more. She jumps down from the turnbuckle, then she walks over to the corner and asks for a microphone. She slowly walks the middle of the ring as she takes in the cheers from her fans. Once they quieten down she begins to speak
“I know everyone right now was expecting for there to be the first ever Women’s Championship Match but it seems it won’t be happening tonight. Something came up for Naomi Nightingale which was out with Code Red Wrestling‘s control. I would just like to say to her, that I can’t wait ‘til you return because of the fact that tonight we would have shown them ALL, what Women Wrestling is all about. So ‘til then….”
She tosses her hair to the side as the crowd cheers.
“So the question now is, who is the Women’s Champion for Code Red Wrestling? The answer to that is no one. So right now the office is making plans regarding the Title which I believe is for the best. I wouldn’t be happy with having the title just handed to me without proving myself.”
Jasmine smirks a bit
“So far many might believe I have done just that but I believe I need to do a bit more. Which I will during the time I am here at Code Red Wrestling. I want to step inside of this ring and put on one of the greatest matches in history, I want to give you a Women’s Championship match that is worthy of peoples praises.”
The crowd are cheering like crazy but suddenly “Where the Spirit Leads Me” by Times of Grace starts to play and the crowd boo heavily as Karl Sykes walks down the ramp with a bit of a smirk on his face. Jasmine keeps her eye on him as he just plays towards the crowd with an uncaring smirk on his face. He has a microphone in his hand as he climbs into the ring and then looks over at her before speaking.
“I’m sorry to burst your little bubble princess but there isn’t going to be anymore of your Women’s Division. Think about it Jasmine. For weeks now, you’ve been waiting for this, so called, huge event in CRW‘s history. And it’s ended up not happening at all. Do you want to know WHY it didn‘t happen? It’s simple really, management finally realised that no one gives two shits about a Women’s division. People won’t pay good money to watch two cute girls in a substandard wrestling match. If they want to get their kicks, they’d much rather go to a strip club. Shit even a hooker would be better value for money!”
The crowd start to boo as Jasmine Lee glares right through him, her fists tightened up by her side. Karl walks over and gets in her face as she gets right back in his.
“Do you actually believe that you or any of the other little in this division can put on a show like the men of CRW can? You should really keep dreaming sunshine.…. Maybe you should got back to William and start your new diet of moonshine and dick. It’ll be just like Hollywood, but laced in sick….. Just know this, when the sun goes down, so will you”
Karl winks and tosses the microphone down in the middle of the ring as Jasmine throws a punch at him but he just catches her fist. He starts to mouth off at her, calling her a whore, when she spits pink mist right into his face. Sykes is blinded for a moment, and she smirks and stomps her foot down on the mat. The crowd are behind her as Sykes try to wipe the mist out of his eyes and Jasmine takes his arm and spins him around and ramming a fist into his face. Sykes stumbles back before charging at her but Jasmine ducks the clothesline and slides out of the ring to safety. Sykes leans over the ropes holding his jaw pointing at her, looking pissed. She flips him off as she walks up the ramp, leaving Sykes wiping mist out of his eyes to a chorus of boo‘s.
Backstage the camera finds Jasmine Locklear once again now standing by with CRW title contender, Logan Neilson.
(Jasmine): Hello folks, I’ve managed to catch grab Logan Neilson for a few moments before his match.
She turns to Logan who looks totally pumped up, his usual light hearted demeanor replaced by a steely, determined glare.
(Jasmine): Logan, have you any last words for Michael Dredge before you face him in a Last Man Standing match for the Code Red World Heavyweight Championship?
(Logan): No’ really, we’ve both said everything that’s needed tae be said over the last few months, Now it’s show time. Everyone else here tonight has put it all on the line and now it’s ma turn tae give these fans something tae cheer about.
(Jasmine): You seem quite focused for a change, what has changed to make you take this match more seriously?
He frowns but his gaze is still off in the distance.
(Logan): I’ve always taken this match seriously. Right now I’m totally focused on goin’ out there and winning the biggest match of ma career! This is what I’ve been waiting for all these years and I’m ready tae take Dredge all the way.
(Jasmine): Okay, and just before you head off, Any thoughts on who will win Crucible?
(Logan): Aye… but Im keeping that one to maeself for now. Good luck to both of them.
(Jasmine): Thanks Logan, I’ll let you go now. Good Luck.
Logan smiles politely to her.
(Logan): Cheers.
Logan Neilson vs. Michael Dredge © : World Championship : Last Man Standing
(Announcer): Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is a Last Man Standing Match and is for the CRW World Heavyweight Championship! First coming to the ring, the challenger… from Edinburgh, Scotland… Logan Neilson!
Blue smoke rises and fills the entrance stage, and two white pyro’s go off creating an X through the smoke as “Idols and Anchors" by Parkway Drive starts playing. Just as the St Andrews cross starts to fade the music stops silent for a second. Another explosion of pyro’s goes off as the song kicks in again and Logan Neilson swaggers confidently onto the stage and the crowd goes crazy as he raises his fist in response. He stops at the top of the aisle as the music settles again and the main riff starts to play, he nods his head along, pumping himself up and when the crescendo hits he bursts to life and sprints straight down to the ring, sliding under the bottom rope. He pops to his feet immediately as the crowd chants his name and music slowly fades out while Logan stares down at the entrance awaiting his opponent.
(Kelly): Well here it is… it is all or nothing here tonight. If Logan can win this match, he is the champion and Dredge will not get a rematch clause… but if Logan loses, he will not be allowed to challenge for the title again until Dredge has lost the title.
(Eli): …and we know that Michael Dredge is determined to retain this belt. He has lost his mind over the past month when it comes to life, wrestling, and this championship. I think it is the only thing that keeps him breathing. This title is his life.
(Announcer): And his opponent… he is the CRW World Heavyweight Champion… “MAGNUM” Michael Dredge!
Drowning Pool "Tear Away" hits the PA as golden shimmering pyros rain down at the entrance Dredge steps through them wearing a black leather vest that has " I only care about me" in silver lettering. Dredge holds a fist up in victory displaying his arrogance once the pyro stops Sandra walks out wearing black high heels, a black dress skirt, and a white button up dress shirt. Dredge stops halfway down the ramp jawing to fans, once Sandra catches up the two make their way into the ring where Dredge climbs the turn buckle arrogantly taunting the fans before he unstraps his Code Red Wrestling World title and arrogantly lobs it at Logan showing complete disrespect. This gets the fiery Scott in an uproar as he comes charging in at Dredge who quickly ducks out through the ropes laughing as he slides his vest off, the fans are standing on their feet booing as he circles around the ring before sliding back into the ring with the bell sounding finally making the match official.
(Eli): and here we go! Last Man Standing with the World title on the line…
(Kelly): This won’t be a wrestling match, this is going to be an all out war! Remember the only way to win is to beat your opponent so bad that he can’t get up to answer the referees 10 count.
Dredge and Logan stare each other down as the fans chant “LOGAN-LOGAN”… The two keep their glares locked, neither making the first move.
(Eli): After all the emotional drama between these two, dating all the way back to the first ever CRW Pay Per View, G3, we’ve seen these men battle it out… First it was Dredge defeating Logan and Eddie in a triple threat match with help from Talon, next it was Logan defeating Dredge at November Reign to win his first ever Heavyweight Championship in his career, only to have it ripped away a week later on Face Off when Dredge cashed in his rematch and screwed Logan out of the title… Dredge stole Ally away… Logan slept with Sandra… these two have been at war for six months, and now you can see that reflected in each mans eyes…
(Kelly): Yes you can Eli… who is going to make the first move here tonight?
Suddenly both men lash out at each other, both men landing unblocked punches, showing their toughness. Every time Dredge lands a shot, Logan fires back just as hard. The fans are into the slugfest as Dredge ducks a shot from Logan, but Logan drives his head forward blasting Dredge in the face with a vicious headbutt! Dredge hits the mat and rolls from the ring, checking his mouth and nose for blood. The fans are behind Logan as he wastes no time in pursuing the champion on the outside.
He leaps off of the apron, clobbering Dredge with a double ax handle. Dredge stumbles forward and eats the cushioned guard railing and Logan gets back to his feet quickly, trying to kick Dredge’s face through the railing, but Dredge moves at the last second. Logan stays on the assault as Dredge stumbles and scatters to get away and get a breather. He runs around the ring, but before he can slide back in, Logan gets him with a running slide tackle that takes out the champion’s leg. Dredge collapses to the floor, clutching his ankle/knee as Logan gets up and grabs a steel chair!
(Kelly): Wow! We are seeing a whole new fire out of Logan here tonight!
(Eli): Dredge better turn this thing around, or he could be kissing that title goodbye!
Logan folds the chair up and slaps it against the steel ring steps as Dredge slowly gets back to his feet, hobbled by the tackle. The fans roar as Logan swings the chair at Dredge’s head, but Dredge ducks the kill shot and drives a knee into Logan’s gut. Dredge quickly grabs the chair and smashes it across Logan’s lower back sending a chilling “POP” through the arena in Atlantic City. Dredge lifts the chair high above his head once again and brings it down for another vicious crack across the back. Logan arches in pain and tries to crawl away, but Dredge is on him like a wild dog. Dredge turns the chair vertical and begins to drive the hard brim into the small of his nemesis’ back repeatedly as the ref is helpless to do anything about it. Logan yelps out in pain but Dredge is only fueled by the agony. He tosses the chair into the ring, nearly hitting the referee with it, and then lifts Logan up to his feet only to drive him back first into the steel steps with a running shoulder charge!
Logan hits the steps hard and slowly stumbles forward, collapsing to the floor as Dredge smiles and climbs back into the ring.
The referee steps over and looks and Logan and yells…
…1!
…2!
…3!
…4!
Logan begins to stir, but is still not up.
…5!
Dredge climbs to the top turnbuckle and laughs maniacally as he watches Logan.
…6!
Logan is almost up, but pain shoots down his spine, delaying his rise.
…7!
Logan gets a hand on the ring apron and pulls himself up! Right as he does, Dredge leaps off of the top rope to take him out but Logan sense him coming and lunges forward to void the contact!
Dredge alters his attack mid air and lands on his feet, but his already hurting leg takes the brunt of the impact! Dredge yells in pain and hops on his good leg to stay up right. He falls against the announce table and again clutches his leg.
(Kelly): Oh wow, Dredge put it all on the line there and came up empty! He may be in a worse place now than Logan. Remember, that leg has been hurt for months now.
(Eli): That’s true, but Logan’s back has been mangled already and this match is just getting started. It’s going to be hell out there!
Logan and Dredge get back to their feet at about the same time and both go right back at it with hard punches. Dredge has blood dripping from his bottom lip as a result of the earlier headbutt, but the blood seems to drive him even more. He unleashes a hard barrage of strikes but as Logan rocks back, the fiery Scotsman comes to life and pounces on Dredge with the “Blast Beat” (Lou Thez Press) Logan unloads buck shot powered punches as Dredge tries to cover his face but Logan simply powers through the blocks and connects repeatedly with the champs face. Logan rattles off 10 hard haymakers before getting off of Dredge and grabbing him by his golden locks. He pulls the champion to his feet and runs with his hair in hand. Logan gets a head of steam and tosses Dredge over the guard rail and into the front row of fans! Dredge crashes through the fans and their chairs and in buried in a mangled heap of metal and popcorn!
(Kelly): Logan is on fire!!!
The referee begins his count as the fans chant “STAY DOWN SCUM BAG”
…1!
Logan climbs back into the ring and rests himself.
…2!
The fans are chanting and rooting for Dredge to fail.
…3!
Dredge’s eyes remain shut as he winces in pain.
…4!
The champion begins to roll over, still tangled in chairs.
…5!
The fans stay back due to security, but they are rabidly pulling for Logan.
…6!
Dredge begins to slowly get the chairs off of himself, wincing and bleeding in the processes.
…7!
Logan begins to exit the ring grabbing the chair as he goes.
…8!
Dredge reaches up and grabs the guard rail and Logan is there waiting for him!
CRACK!
The sound of the steel chair crushing Dredge’s left hand echoes out as the fans let out a collective “OH!” Dredge collapses back to the floor but Logan doesn’t appear satisfied as he climbs over the guard rail with the chair in hand. Dredge scrambles to get away, but Logan stays in pursuit. Logan goes to swing the chair but Dredge grabs a fan and uses her as a shield! Logan halts his swing and that’s the opening Dredge needs. Dredge dives and spears Logan to the ground, again sending them crashing through the ringside chairs!
Dredge gets to his feet and grabs Logan, but Logan fights back and locks onto the champ. Dredge uses his MMA background to lift Logan up and sends him over the barricade back ringside with a double leg lifting takedown! Dredge goes over the railing as well and grabs Logan, still nursing his hurt leg and hand, but tosses Logan shoulder first into the steel steps! Dredge grabs the upper half of the steps and lifts them high above his head, but before he can bring them down on Logan, the Scotsman fires a kick to the champion’s groin! Dredge drops the steps and doubles over, and Logan bounds up and hits the “Prayer for Chaos” (Paroxysm DDT) The fans are on their feet as the back of Dredge’s head bounces off of the steel steps!
Logan rolls away and gets to his feet slowly as the ref counts Dredge down…
…1!
…2!
…3!
…4!
…5!
…6!
…7!
…8!
…9!
Dredge gets back up one knee and lifts himself up before the ref can shout 10, much to the dismay of the fans and Logan.
(Kelly): Wow.. I thought it was over there, Dredge is showing his desire to be champion.
(Eli): Logan is firing everything he’s got at him, but Dredge keeps getting up.
(Kelly): He hasn’t fired everything… Logan has a huge arsenal, as does Dredge.
Logan slowly makes his way over to Dredge, shaking off some pain in his shoulder from the impact of the steel steps. Dredge is nearly out on his feet, he grabs the back of his head and finds blood on his hand. His bleach blonde hair is growing redder by the minute as he tries to stand up right, he raises his guard to Logan who is just as battered. The two warriors once again trade blows as both rock back with each punch.
Logan pushes in for a big haymaker but in a flash Dredge latches onto his arm and drops both men to the floor locking on the dreaded “Magnum Hair Trigger!” Logan yells in pain as the already weakened and targeted shoulder is mangled in the vicious armbar. Dredge uses all he’s got to wrench on the arm and try to break the bone in Logan’s strong arm.
(Kelly): Oh no, The Hair Trigger, Logan’s arm will be broken!
Logan is fighting for his life, but he is locked in tight. Even though it doesn’t count, he still refuses to tap, instead he gets a stable platform with his legs and begins to lift Dredge up off of the ground and in a Rampage Jackson style, he powerbombs him to the floor!
(Eli): HOLY SHIT!
Dredge is out on the floor, but Logan falls back as well, clutching his arm tightly as he yells out in pain, cursing as he tries to get back up.
…1!
Both men are being counted down.
…2!
Logan rolls to his side.
…3!
Using his good arm, Logan gets up to one knee…
…4!
Dredge’s eyes open, but he still lays motionless!
…5!
Logan gets to his feet, but leans against the guard railing for support.
…6!
Dredge rolls over, but can’t seem to get to his feet.
…7!
Dredge gets to his hands and knees…
…8!
Reaching for the guard rail, Dredge falls back to the mat.
…9!
The fans are chanting as Logan is poised to capture the win.
…but Dredge manages to get to his feet, albeit nearly unconscious. He stumbles around and Logan darts at him and leaps, connecting with a beautiful “MIA” (Trouble in Paradise) Dredge is done for has he collapses to the floor but as Logan gets to his feet, a man with blond hair jumps over the guard rail wearing a blue and white bowling shirt and blue jeans. Logan is stunned and is quickly dropped as the man grabs him in a reverse DDT hold and then drives him into the floor with a variant of the Cross Roads! (rolling cutting) Logan hits the floor hard, his shoulder driving into the concrete as he head whips back. The fans are booing like crazy as the unknown person grabs Dredge and lifts him up to his feet. He slaps him across the face hard and it seems to wake Dredge up enough to stand on his own.
Once Dredge is standing (barely) the man jumps back into the crowd and disappears!
The referee has no choice but to begin his count.
…1!
Logan is lifeless on the floor while Dredge teeters.
…2!
…3!
The fans boo louder than we’ve heard in some time.
…4!
Dredge falls down to the floor as well!
…5!
Both men lay on the floor!
…6!
Dredge begins to stir again.
…7!
The champion’s hand grabs the steel steps.
…8!
He begins to pull himself up to one knee.
…9!
(Kelly): NO! NOT THIS WAY!
Dredge pulls himself up and leans across the steps and the ring post to keep himself up!
….10!
(Referee): RING THE BELL!!!
DING DING DING!
(Announcer): Here is your winner… and STILL CRW World Heavyweight Champion… Michael Dredge!
(Eli): Who was that man? Is he working with Dredge?
(Kelly): I don’t know, but what I want to know is why the hell he took Logan out like that!
(Eli): Logan’s shoulder ate the floor just as bad as he face did, after these past two months of abuse on that shoulder, Logan looks like he could be really hurt Kelly.
(Kelly): I really hope it isn’t too bad E, this looks really bad.
(Eli): Either way though, Michael Dredge has retained his World Heavyweight Championship… this is a big moment because Logan isn’t getting another world title shot for a long time.
Dredge is handed his title but is very much out of it. He clutches the title tightly to his chest as he staggers up the entrance ramp while a team of referees come down to assist Logan to the back along with trainers and medical team personnel.
(Kelly): Dredge is bleeding from both sides of his head, the front and the back, his leg has been injured again, and his hand may be broken, but he is walking out as the world champion… This match had no rules, but I can’t believe someone had to stick their nose in this business… Who the hell was that?
(Eli): I don’t recognize the face at all, he was about 6’3 though, but jeeze did he bring the power or what with that cross roads maneuver!

Diego vs. Eddie Crucible Finals
(Eli): Its time folks… who will be the first ever CRW Crucible winner?
(Kelly): Both men have gone through hell tonight Eli. Eddie teaming with Justice Legal then defeated him, and then defeating Kevin Legacy in a lumberjack match for the ages.
(Eli): Yep, and Diego had to team with and then beat Daniel Fury, and then beat ADA in an epic steel cage match… Now we will see who can make it through this sixty minute life changing Iron Man Match.
El Rey hits the PA and the fans are on their feet as Diego De La Vega makes his way down to the ring. His energy level is still rather high, but you can see the fatigue and wear-n-tear on his body from the grueling night. He enters the ring and gives his Apex title to the ref and does his ritual of praying and raising his arm to the heavens before turning to await his opponent.
“Amazing” hits and Eddie makes his way down to the ring as well. He looks a little worse for wear, but he seems to be ready to go. His ribs are taped and his elbow is now taped up more than earlier in the night, but he looks determined.
(Kelly): So Eli… care to pick a winner?
(Eli): I think Diego has been through more hell tonight, but Eddie’s body can’t take another hour of punishment, so I’m going with the younger, faster, better…. Diego de la Vega!
(Kelly): Well then, one of us will be right because I’m going with Eddie, I think its his time to shine here, Diego is impressive, but Eddie has been to the top before, and I think he’ll do it again tonight.
(Announcer): …Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is tonight’s second Main Event and is the Final Match of the Crucible Tournament!
The fans erupt with one half chanting “GO DIEGO GO” and the other half chanting “LETS GO EDDIE”
(Announcer): The winner of this bout will be awarded a contract to face the world champion 1 time, at anytime they choose. This contract is valid up until the end of the 2011-2012 season! The winner will also received a $250,000.00 Cash Prize courtesy of Massif Mountain Wear! This match is a 60 minute IRON MAN MATCH!
The fans again pop.
(Announcer): First in the left corner… From Juarez, Mexico… The CRW Apex Champion… Diego de la Vega!
Diego raises his arms and steps to the center of the ring like a prize figher.
(Announcer): …and his opponent, from Bronx, New York. Eddie Phoenix!
The fans pop again as Eddie raises a hand and keeps his head down looking at the mat.
“EDDIE-EDDIE”
“GO DIEGO GO” “GO DIEGO GO”
“EDDIE-EDDIE”
“GO DIEGO GO”
DING DING DING
The chants go back and forth as both men nod to each other and quickly slap hands as a large timer begins to count down from 60 minutes on the upper right hand side of the screen and the UA Tron.
59:30 Eddie and Diego tie up, but Eddie quickly transitions to a side headlock, but the fans pop as Diego quickly spins out of the headlock into a drop toe hold. Diego floats over and locks on a front facelock but Eddie gets to his feet. Still in the facelock, Eddie turns to his side and elbows Diego in the ribs, loosening the hold enough for Eddie to toss Diego into the ropes. Diego doesn’t miss a beat and hits the ropes, runs at Eddie and leaps over him. Eddie turns and is caught with a nice reverse elbow. Ed staggers back. Diego hits the ropes and whips himself toward Ed. Eddie ducks for a backbody drop, but Diego counters by turning and rolling off of Ed’s back, landing behind Phoenix and grabbing him unleashing a german suplex! Diego hangs on to the waistlock and begins to execute his rolling suplexes but Eddie begins to elbow his way out. Ed uses his foot to lock himself down to avoid the second suplex and continues to elbow the Apex champion. Diego releases the hold but quickly jumps and drop kicks Eddie in the back sending him forward and hanging him up on the middle rope. Diego wastes no time and darts over, jumping over the top rope and grabbing Eddie’s head, giving him a rough guillotine across the middle rope! The fans pop at the new offense, and Eddie falls to his back, holding his throat as Diego climbs back onto the ring apron.
(Kelly): Whoa, I’ve never seen that one before!
(Eli): …Me either, at least not from Diego.
(Kelly): You’ve got to come in with a new gameplan sometimes, and I’m sure Eddie didn’t have that move scouted.
58:00 Diego climbs to the top rope and slaps his chest, yelling “la razza!” the fans pop as he leaps with a frog splash and connects!
The ref gets into position and counts!
…1!
…2!
..3!
DING!
The score on the tron quickly changes to “Vega: 1 – Phoenix: 0”
(Kelly): WHOA!
(Eli): And just like that, we have ourselves a leader!
(Kelly): I can’t believe it! We are only 2 minutes into this match and Diego has already scored a pin on Eddie Phoenix!
(Eli): Its all about timing Kelly… Then again, Eddie could have let that go just to keep his energy up.
57:00 Diego gets to his feet and seems to be boosted by the first pin fall. Eddie gets back to his feet and hears the mixed crowd chanting both men on. He looks at Diego, a little bit of shock in his eyes as he grimaces in pain. Then it is back to the battle.
Diego uses his speed to again dart past Eddie who seems a step slower than earlier in the night. He hits the ropes and leaps at Ed, but he is met with a stiff drop kick mid air that knocks the wind out of Diego’s sails. Eddie lifts him up and quickly rips off a nice set of knife edge chops that take the breath away from the Apex champ. The fans WOOO along with every chop as Ed backs him up into the corner. Once cornered, Diego uses the turnbuckle padding as a support and uses both feet to shove Eddie back. In a flash, Vega jumps up to the middle rope and launches forward taking Eddie down with a quick tornado DDT! Diego grab Ed’s leg and the ref counts…
…1!
…2!
…NO!
Eddie kicks out with just a fraction of a second to spare!
50:00 The match rages on as Eddie tosses Diego over the top rope and then launches himself out of the ring with a suicide springboard plancha! Both men are down on the outside as the ref looks on. The fans are cheering both favorites on but Eddie gets back to his feet first. He lifts Diego up and rolls him into the ring but grabs him head from outside and measures him up. Ed takes a step back and then drives a boot into the side of Vega’s head, scrambling his brain momentarily. Eddie then quickly climbs up onto the ring apron and springboard elbow drops his way back into the ring. HE drags Vega back to the center of the ring and covers him!
…1!
…2!
…NO!
(Kelly): Another kick out, Diego does not want to give up this lead!
(Eli): That’s crucial here Kelly, this type of match is ALL about momentum!
Eddie gets up and begins to work on Diego’s shoulders and neck with strategic kicks before applying a reverse chin lock.
45:00
(Kelly): We are a quarter of the way through here and Eddie is down 0-1 to Diego de la Vega folks!
(Eli): Yes, Eddie’s been working the past several minutes to soften Diego up for later, but time is ticking away here.
Eddie lifts Diego up to his feet but Diego quickly breaks the grapes with a upward surge. He quickly arm drags Eddie to the mat, but Ed is up quickly, but he takes him down yet again with another swift arm drag this time following it up with a picture perfectly timed enziguri kick as soon as Ed pops to his feet! Eddie stumbles forward, almost as if he is out on his feet and Diego capitalizes with a quick “Tope de Christo” (Ki-Krusher) the fans are stunned as Diego holds Ed and the ref gets into position!
…1!
…2!
(Kelly): Is this another?!
…3!
DING
Diego: 2 – Eddie: 0
(Kelly): I’ve never seen diego hit that move either!
(Eli): Look at this… Diego is going HAM tonight!
(Kelly): …Eli, you know what H.A.M. means?
(Eli): I’m hip with the kids Kelly…
(Kelly): ….oh…. Riiiight.
43:00 Eddie and Diego are back at it, both men trying to get an upper hand. Eddie goes for a move and Diego counters it, Diego for one of his own and Eddie reverses into another attempt.
This chain of events continues for a couple of minutes as the fans grow tense waiting to see who will finally connect with a solid move.
Eddie goes to the ground and Diego goes for a high elbow drop, Eddie rolls away and takes Diego over the top rope with a clothesline.
38:00 The brawling goes on outside for sometime as both me begin to lose their fundamentals and go to the brute physicality. Diego tosses Eddie toward the steps but Ed uses his agility to leap over them. Diego runs and launches himself off of the same steps but Eddie side steps him, hitting a side kick as Diego lands beside him!
Ed grabs him and throws him toward the ring but Diego leaps up and on to the apron and then springs onto the middle rope for an Asai Moonsault!
Both men are down on the outside after the incredible feet and the fans are again chanting “GO DIEGO GO” and “EDDIE EDDIE” as they try to will their favorites to victory.
35:00 Both men make it back into the ring, each showing the exhaustion of wrestling in three matches previously.
(Kelly): These guys have given us their all here tonight… it’s hard to ask for more, but they have 35 minutes left to do battle… will either of them make it to the finish line Eli?
(Eli): I really don’t know Kelly. They have gone full throttle since the opening bell of the night and we are seeing that take its toll here now. I’d be surprised if both men are standing when this is over.
Diego chops Eddie, getting a slight bit of retribution for the chop assault earlier in the night. He whips him across the ring and into the corner and Eddie hits hard, stumbling out of the corner which is what Diego wanted. He runs past Eddie, springs off of the ropes and looks for a reverse springboard crossbody, but Eddie somehow counters mid air by catching Diego and tossing him into a sloppy version of the Go 2 Sleep in one fluid motion!
Diego’s head rocks back as he hits the mat and Eddie covers him!
…1!
…2!
…3!
DING
Vega:2 – Phoenix: 1 33:00
(Eli): And just like that, the insurance is gone for Diego, now Eddie is a pinfall or submission away from tying this one up!
(Kelly): What a counter by Eddie, that was amazing!
Eddie gets to his feet and climbs to the top rope. He slaps his arm and yells “SUN RISE” the fans are going wild as he calls for his trademark shooting star he calls the “Tequila Sunrise” but before he can go for it, Diego rolls out of range out of pure instinct!
Eddie hops off of the top rope and goes to grab Diego but is quickly rolled into a quick inside cradle!
…1!
…2!
NO! Eddie kicks out!
(Eli): WHOA! Diego almost had that insurance back there!
Eddie quickly gets to his feet, shocked by the cunning of the Apex Champion. The fans are chanting “GO DIEGO GO” at the top of their lungs as Diego gets up quickly and throws a hand in the air.
(Eli): See… this is why he can win this… he’s younger… look at his energy!
27:00
(Kelly): Folks, we have passed the half way point… and its close. Diego 2, Eddie 1…
Eddie and Diego go in for another tie up, but Diego quickly spins out and takes Eddie down with the dragon leg screw. Eddie gets up quickly and the two run at each other but Diego suddenly springs him with the “El Fin!”
(Eli): This will be 3 for Diego!
Eddie is in pain, reaching for the ropes as he yells out. His bad shoulder being wrenched and twisted the wrong way.
(Kelly): Oh no… Eddie has to get out of this, if he taps here… he’s open to tapping the rest of the night!
Eddie continues to work his way toward the ropes but is still just out of reach, but suddenly Diego lets up and dives over Eddie, rolling him up into an Oklahoma roll pinning situation!
…1!
…2!
…but Eddie kicks out!
Diego wastes no time going back on the attack, shaking the cobwebs from the G2S earlier and going back after the wounded Eddie.
(Kelly): Eddie really needs to swing the momentum here. He can’t afford to go down another pinfall.
23:30
Diego pulls Eddie up and puts him in the corner but Eddie begins to battle back. He whips Diego into the ropes and the two charge at each other, connecting with a double clothesline!
Both men hit the mat and are down!
(Kelly): Oh boy… both men are down… this is a potential turning point!
The fans are clapping and chanting non-stop as both men stir on the mat… neither really getting to far on the quest to stand.
19:30
LETS GO EDDIE!
GO DIEGO GO
LETS GO EDDIE
GO DIEGO GO!
17:00
Eddie is the first to his feet, but Diego is not far behind. Eddie runs and jumps as Diego lifts him up only to be chopped across the throat with the Banana Chute! Eddie quickly gets to his feet and climbs to the top rope! He leaps with the Tequila Sunrise and hits it! Eddie covers Diego and the ref counts!
…1!
…2!
…3!
DING

(Kelly): We are back to square one now!
(Eli): …Oh Hell Yeah! Here we go!
15:00
(Kelly): We are three quarters of the way though this war folks… the Marathon has reached the final stretch run! Who can sprint it out?!
(Eli): Its tied… it can go either way!
Eddie gets to his feet and throws a hand up as the fans roar in approval! He lifts Diego up and spins him around, grabbing him looking for the Kraken Breaker but Diego rolls forward and launches Eddie face first into the corner. As Ed stumbles back, Diego grabs him and rips off his rolling german suplexes! Eddie tries to fight it, but he can’t and he feels the impact of each big suplex rattle through his body!
Diego gets up after “Dos Lagrimas” and goes to the top rope, he points to the sky and gets the crowd going once again as he dives off with a macho-elbow drop!
(Eli): OOOOOOOH YEAH!!!!!
(Kelly): So is Diego a Macho fan, or is he ripping off Eddie’s Tribute to The Macho man?
Diego covers Eddie and the ref counts!

Diego: 3 – Eddie 2!
10:00 {/b]
(Kelly): with only 10 minutes remaining, Diego has once again taken the lead!
(Eli): He has to hold this lead; he can’t give Eddie any room to breathe here!
The camera cuts away and split screens to Talon, Jack Bookman, and the rest of the CRW roster watching as Diego stands up and tries to stay in control of the match.
Diego lifts Eddie up and tosses him into the ropes, but Eddie springs to life as he ducks under a spinning heel kick. Diego gets to his feet and turns around and is met by Eddie who grabs him and hits a quick Code Breaker! Diego falls back as Eddie covers him!

(Kelly): It is all tied up again!
(Eli): Oh boy… it’s getting close… we are under 10 minutes here!
8:00
Rejuvenated by the momentum he’s built in the last minute, Eddie gets to his feet and sizes up Diego who is now on the wrong end of fatigue. Eddie grabs Diego from behind but Diego fights out, he hits the ropes and Eddie lifts him for a tilt-a-whirl but Diego spins through looking for the “El Fin” but Eddie somehow manages to continue the counter into a sidewalks slam! Eddie pops to his feet, but suddenly Diego kip-ups to his feet as well!
(Kelly): WHOA… both of these warriors have dipped into their reserve tanks here!
(Eli): I’ve seen this before… this is the last gas from both of these guys. Who’s going to take this one home!
6:00
Eddie and Diego begin to slug it out, both burning up all of their energy as they throw everything they’ve got at one another. Eddie hits Diego with a spinning backhand, but Diego fires back with a jumping calf-kick. Eddie staggers but doesn’t go down, still running on pure adrenaline. He rushes at Diego, but Vega is ready, the two pull up at the last second, avoiding another double collision, but the pause is short lived as Diego grabs Eddie and gets him set up for the Three Amigos suplexes. He lifts Ed up, but Ed counters mid air and lands behind Diego, quickly clutching the arms and driving him face first into the mat with the Kraken Breaker! The ref gets into position and counts!
…1!

Eddie: 4 – Diego 3!
(Eli): Eddie gets his first lead of the night here folks! WHAT A MATCH!
Eddie gets up, still running on his passion and Diego is also surprisingly quick to his feet. Both men are charged by the fans cries and cheers… Each with a look in their eye that they believe they can win this tournament.
3:00
Diego’s demeanor shifts slightly, having to play catch up for the first time in the bout. He gets more aggressive, and Eddie continues his “live in the moment” philosophy.
Diego shoots for Ed’s legs, but Eddie sprawls and shoves Diego back. He runs at him but Diego again grabs Ed into an inside cradle! The fans go wild as the ref counts!
…1!
…2!
…NO!
Eddie kicks out!
2:00
(Kelly): SO CLOSE!
(Eli): Wow… Diego might not get another chance like that!
The fans are eying the clock intently as Diego and Eddie both stand… Eddie begins playing the defensive game as Diego comes out guns blazing!
Eddie fights Diego off, keeping him at long striking range, but Diego continues to use bursts of speed to make his move.
Diego runs at Ed and Eddie tosses him up into the air, but Diego turns it into a flying headscissors and throws Eddie across the ring! Eddie is up quick but as soon as he gets to his feet, Diego hits and locks on the “EL FIN!” Eddie is square in the middle of the ring with 90 seconds to go! He reaches out for the ropes and sees he is nowhere near them… Diego has an his back to the tron but is using ALL of his weight to leverage the hold onto Eddie’s injured shoulder! Eddie’s eyes are fixed on the large timer as it continues to count down!

(Eli): Veteran move! Eddie is trying to counter pain with pain!

DING DING DING DING DING!
Eddie begins slapping the mat!
(Eli): Did he make it?!
(Kelly): Is it over?!
(Announcer): …Ladies and gentlemen…
(Kelly): Right to the wire… this is too damn stressful!
(Announcer): Here is your winner! EDDIE PHOENIX!
“Amazing” begins to play as confetti falls from the rafters!
(Kelly): I can’t believe it! This night … this event…
(Eli): This night has produced three of the best matches I have ever seen in my life!
(Kelly): Eddie Phoenix, a late entry into the tournament… is the first Crucible Winner!
Diego sits in the center of the ring, his head hung in disappointment as Eddie tries to get to his feet.
(Kelly): No one here tonight can say that Diego isn’t just as deserving Eli…
(Eli): No, if anyone says Diego is not a winner tonight, they are not fit to judge how this company works. Diego de la Vega showed me more tonight than anyone else I’ve ever seen in my entire life. This rookie has the make up of a Hall of Famer!
As Diego stands, he helps Eddie to his feet.
The fans cheer as Eddie and Diego shake hands and the referee raises Eddie’s hand in victory.
(Kelly): So there you have it folks… with a 4-3 victory… Eddie Phoenix is your winner here tonight!
Suddenly, from out of the back, Merlyn comes down to hug Eddie!
(Eli): Merlyn?! He’s back!
(Kelly): What a moment here! Merlyn’s been out of action since November Reign and now he’s here to celebrate with Eddie!
Diego leaves the ring as the fans chant “Eddie-Eddie” and Merlyn goes in the ring.
As the duo celebrate and Diego goes to the back, Karl Sykes comes out and stands on the entrance ramp with a chair! Eddie and Merlyn turn their attention to him as he walks down to the ring and the fans begin to boo...
(Eli): What’s Sykes doing now?
(Kelly): Sour Grapes I’m assuming….
Suddenly video footage from the night Eddie was attack is shown on the Tron. First, a camera from outside of the locker room hallway shows three men leaving Eddie’s locker room after the attack.
We see black and white footage of a video camera in a stairwell that has a clear view of the parking lot outside Under Armor Arena. We suddenly see faint images of two men running and getting in a car, the car pulls off.
(Eli): What the?
We cut to a scene from an outside street camera that watches people go passed red lights and we see the car pull out from the parking lot and go around the corner. Another angle is shown of a street camera. The two men come out and take off their mask. ..One man takes off the mask and it’s Karl Sykes
(Eli): Holy crap…
(Kelly): That Makes sense ...that bastard
The other man takes off his mask and it’s Smokehouse Jones!
(Kelly): NOOOO, No No No…no..This can’t be happening
(Eli): I’m literally speechless
Merlyn turns and levels Eddie as both he and Sykes go to work on him! Smokehouse comes out from back the crowd erupts as he slides in pushes them out the way and lifts Eddie up, Bookman comes out to a mix of boos and cheer and is visibly upset! He nods as Smokehouse levels Eddie and all three men go to town on him! The crowd is going crazy booing as out the back explodes Diego De La Vega and Daniel Fury!
Sykes, Smokehouse and Merlyn get out the ring and goes up the ramp as they all surround Bookman, Bookman speaks…
(Bookman): Hey the video footage is not done Eddie…
The video then shows both men waiting by the car and Jack bookman and Merlyn steps into the scene and hands them envelopes, shakes their hand and they all get in the car and leave…the crowd is booing heavily chanting “Asshole…asshole”
(Bookman): See Eddie, when you wouldn’t listen to reason, I gave you a reason to listen! See, there are those who play and those who play to win.
He looks around….
(Bookman): these men play to win… Eddie, I wanted you to join the club, you decided you were better off alone…
(Eli): this isn’t good for Eddie or the rest of the Apex division!
(Kelly): I can’t believe this…It all makes perfect sense now…Smokehouse, Sykes…damn it, no one saw this coming, especially with Eddie’s friend Merlyn being in on it all along!
(Bookman): Eddie this is just the beginning… I’ll see you on Face Off next week.
The fans are booing like crazy as the camera cuts to Talon Wilkinson’s office where the Owner stands looking at the screen. He is visibly infuriated by what has taken place. He grabs his television monitor and throws it across the office as the scene fades to black.
