EWC's Lockerroom
After his tag team match with Shelley Silver
Jason walked through the curtain with a bit of a smirk on his face. He just places on a great match along with Shelley. Once they got to the backstage area. He offers his hand over to her shaking it with a bit of a wink towards her. She playfully rolled her eyes at him patting him on the back while she walked away.
Jason was a bit high off his win in his mind but he also knew that he need to do more. He had plans for EWC but also he also had some plans he wanted to plan out over at Code Red Wrestling. Code Red Wrestling was a company that just reopened. Jason was no fool. He was sitting back watching how a few others were already trying to make it know that was going to be their playground.
Jason heard about how Leon was the old owner and how now Talon is back ready to take back his company. He heard a few things about the company that made him believe it was the right choice after Pro Wrestling: Uprising. He was ready for his match on the Pay Per View card but at last minute. The company realized they didn't have the money to stay open. They had to close.
That left a bit of a bitter taste in his mouth because he felt he was on the road to getting another title around his waist. So far in his career, he only had that one title. His first title which was the Future Star Wrestling Champion title. He was the first ever and wore that title and placed that show on his shoulders with pride.
In the mind of any wrestler once they start in a new place and just to get a title from that company and been the first champion to hold it. You are setting up the path for others to followers. The people that have held that title he felt he placed a great pathway for them but now he is ready and thirst for more.
Jason walked inside of his locker room opening the door he just smirks a bit. Sitting in the chair right there was his father Jaden "X" Hunter. Many know him around the wrestling world not only as the son of the famous around the wrestling world. He has done some great things for UWL Company and also he was the longest Champion for EWC. That man was his father.
Jason closed the door behind him while his father was sitting there with a serious looked on his face. He was wearing a suit watching Jason very closely while Jason sat down across from him glaring at him right back. Jason and Jaden still were working on the father and son thing. They both really don't know how they would work this out but they both knew one thing. They were related that was for sure because they both have the same type of temper.
Jason watched his father very closely because he could sense his father was trying to speak with a bit of angry in his voice. It fault because once the words left his mouth. You could sense the angry he had for his son at this moment of time. Jason pissed off his parents at his mother's birthday party. Jason, of course, didn't care that he did.
"Jason, what you did at your mother's birthday party was uncalled for? You see what you have done not only spark something in your mother to try to teach you how to give respect when it due not only towards us but also towards other members of this family. You have show disrespect towards your mother and my mother....."
Before Jaden could even finish with his words looking over at his father interpret him with a bit of a laugh looking over at his father.
"Before you even go any further. I believe you need to stop right there. Look, Dad. You have shown so much disrespect towards my mother and not even once. Not even once I called your fucking ass out on it. You want to act like you this great guy when deep down. You not. You more like your father than you want to admit just a bit. After what you have done towards me I believe I should be telling you to have disrespected me!"
Jaden chuckles himself as he couldn't believe how full his son have gotten but then again. It that little gene that is the weakest of the men in Hunter's family. Once they felt they have started a pathway for something. That little gene within of cockiness gene just starts to grow till a point where no one in their mind can't stop them.
Jaden just nods softly fixes his suit looking back at his son.
"You want to cry like a bitch because of the fact I offer my hand towards Drake after my match as a slap to your face. Let it be but I was doing what I felt is right for the company at that moment. When you get to that point of your career you would understand that. Look it not like I don't have faith in you. If I didn't have faith in you I wouldn't have still been trying to work with you. "
Jaden knew it killed his son to believe his parents didn't have his back but it wasn't they didn't have his back. It was their way of pushing him to make him believe they didn't. They just hope by doing this wasn't pushing their son away from them at the same time. Jaden reaches over to place a hand on his son's shoulder but of course, Jason pushes it away. He stood up walking over to where his bag was grabbing a towel as placing it around his neck listening to his father just staring at himself in the mirror in front of him.
"If I was like my father in a way I wouldn't have taken the rings to trained you and help make you a better wrestler. I felt what I have done with you has been great so far. It just... my son... you missing something. I don't know what that is just yet but your mother and I just can't say you are the damn future of this company or even of wrestling just yet. "
Jason hates the fact that his parents didn't want to listen to everyone was telling them. Jason was getting a lot of praised from the training down at Future Star Wrestling about his work ethic within and outside of the ring. Not only there but the fact he got signed by another company. That should have maybe placed his parents on notice about his abilities. Jason looked over at his father with a serious look while he cracks his neck a bit.
"Look, I know what I am worth. I know what I am capable of. I will admit with your help I have become something bigger and it slowly showing inside of that ring. I know my actions was wrong at mother's birthday. My mother was the reason why I even had the chance to start wrestling at the age of 13. Learning what your two loved to death. Learning this craft and make it look perfect in a way that hasn't been done in the years of wrestling."
Jason glares over his father.
"It just when you in the same company with two people who many felt is the best. It can be a bit hard. Where you trying to get out of their shadow day in and out. It will push you to slowly start to regret the fact you were even their child. That a feeling I hate to have towards your two. That is why I am not only going to be making my name here at EWC. That why I signed with Code Red Wrestling. That is why I have been searching just a bit outside of the walls of EWC."
Jason places his hands on the counter in front of him as he looked up at the mirror then back at his father on the side.
"I am not saying EWC isn't giving me that push but you and mom are known for making your names known around the world of wrestling. Your father and your brother did the same thing. I need to do the same thing. It just can be done here at EWC. It has to be done somewhere else too. Mom made her name know over at Combat Zone Wrestling... you made your name over at UWL and now together you are making your names know here."
Jaden could understand where his son was coming from and going with this. Jaden now realized maybe all the stress of his own problems was a bit too much for his son. Right now he still trying to figure out this whole father thing just as much as Jason is trying to figure out how to be a son to him. Jaden stood behind his son looking right at him through the mirror as he placed his hands in his pants pockets with a bit of a glare look on his son. He places his hand on his shoulder this time Jason didn't push it away.
"Fine. You need to believe you need to prove something not only to yourself but everyone else out there. I will try my best not to get in your way of things. With how things are going for me.. with my mother coming back but not only that. The case against me is starting to build up for no reason. You need to do what you feel is best for you. Just don't forget whom the last name you are carrying into another company. Even though I am not there but because you have that name. They will be watching you VERY closely. You are a marked young man and be a great stepping stone for anyone. You want to prove me wrong by passing the torch over to Drake here at EWC."
Jason turned around and face his father face to face. Jason with both hands on his son's shoulder looking at him right into the eyes as he spoke the last words with a bit of care towards his son.
"Prove me wrong by taking Code Red Wrestling by storm. You become that main eventer you know you are without having me as your father or as Ruthann as your mother. You will be stepping inside of that ring with a few ok wrestlers over there. Especially in your debut match."
Jaden sat up on the counter in front of him rubbing his chin a bit. Jaden smirks a bit fixing his suit a bit looking over at his son. He felt Misha would be a great match up for his son. She will be someone that will and can push his son to his limit. He will be watching this match along with Ruthann very closely.
"I looked over the information your cousin have pull up for you on Misha LeCavalier. You have your work cut out for you boy. You make sure when we get back to California you come down to the school. I will work out with you some things inside of the ring. I have some time before I take care of some things."
Jason nods once the door of his locker room open with Kim's standing there with Angel. Angel notice her grandfather and ran over to him right away. Jaden just laughs a bit picking her up holding her closed. This was all new to him been a grandfather. Angel looked over at her father with a grin.
"You did it, daddy! You and Auntie did it tonight!"
Jason took his little girl from his father arms. That made him so happy to see how his little girl was so happy. This is what also push him to be something else. He hugs his little girl holding her closed as Jaden walked out of the locker room to leave them alone.
New York, NY
The Phoenix Night Club
It was a great night in Jason world in his mind at this moment. Even thought been a wrestler is something he truly loved been but to know he has something on the outside of wrestling just in case if an injury befalls him. He will be able to have something to fall back on. At first, he was trying to think of what kind of business he should have. His parents both has wrestling schools under their belt but he felt that what every wrestler end up doing with their life. He wanted something else. He always wants to be different than other people.
When he took over his Aunt Lizzette company which also include her family clubs. He felt that was the way for him to go. He renamed one of her New York Night Club to something he felt fit him. The Phoneix. It was a mythology bird he always felt lived within him.Jason was inside his office looking out of the big window in front of him. It was soundproof but he could tell everyone was having fun. He was wearing a pair of blue jeans with his shirt open from the top. The sound of his door opening took him out of his thoughts.
Two women walked inside of his office they were two important people in his life at this moment. Skylar was going to help him run the club but not only that doing a few other things for him. She has the mind of a Jones which he believes he needs on his journey. Skylar was wearing a sky blue dress that shows off her curves. She was holding a folder in her hand with a soft smile she looking over at her cousin with a soft smile.
"I have the information for you and man I believe if I go the other way. I would truly want this to have this woman in my bed."
Skylar just smirks a bit walking over to his desk placing the folder on his desk while she walked over to the couch in the office. Kim was wearing a pair of jeans herself that truly show off her body with a nice dress shirt. He brought the woman closed to her once she was near him. Jason gently places a soft kiss on her neck and then on her lips. Jason gently places his hand on her chin with a soft smile on his face.
"I was hoping you would make it tonight. So, it safe to say my mother is watching Angel tonight."
Kim scratch her head a bit as she walked over to the desk looking over at the folder. Kim didn't know how to tell him but Skylar spells it out for him.
"You grandmother and mother are actually watching her together..."
Jason took in a deep breath because he didn't want that woman near anyone because he just doesn't trust the woman. After how things happen in the past with certain people it was hard for him to start trusting people.
wonder who that sound like...
Anyway, Jason just was going to take a deep breath walking behind Kim placing a kiss on the back of her neck. He placed his hands on her shoulder rubbing them softly to have her relax a bit.
"Look I am not mad at you. If they want to trust this woman then let it be. It isn't a problem. What on my mind right now is Misha LeCavalier! My father told me a few days back you have shared some information with him about her?"
Jason sat down in his chair looking over at Skylar. Skylar pushes her hair behind her ear with a soft sighed on her face.
"I want to get his view on how well I was doing. My father was someone who so great about things like this. He was the master but me. If I want to make sure I helped you become what my father truly saw for you. I need to see if I am doing things right just like my father have done for your father. So don't sit there and act like a damn baby."
Skylar smirks a bit as Jason give her a playfully sad face as she just smirks. Jason opens the folder while Kim was sitting in his lap looking over it along with him. Kim moves her head to the side at some of the things she was reading about this young woman.
"It almost like your two both are alike in many ways but the only thing she has a better resume baby. A resume I wish I could have."
Jason didn't think so much of what things have done in the past that much but it was something you don't forget about either. He rubs Kim's back softly because he knew how much she wants to show she was a good wrestler.
"You will have the same resume like her if you keep up with your training. You just need to stay focus which I am planning to do myself. We both want to have something like Misha in our life but she didn't just wish it. She didn't just lay down to let people give her what she deserved. She when out there and work her ass off. So I have respect for her when it comes to doing that. It just sad on her way of building her resumes she will have to face me over at Code Red Wrestling."
Jason flips the sheets of papers of information on her. Just know what on paper about wouldn't be enough for him to actually get into the mind of this woman. This woman in a bit of a sense also remind him of his mother but the only different in his mind. She has the confidence level in herself. Something his mother so truly lack at times.
"Skylar, I need more than know her stats to actually see what she is made of."
Skylar just smirks standing up from the couch. She walked over to the small flat screen that was up over in the corner of the office. She took the remote turning on the tv. Jason moved his head and a match over another company where Misha apart of her. She was in the main event. It was a great match that seems like was going her way but then the champion over there beat her by the end of the match.
"It sad she just might be facing the same thing once again when we are facing each other this week."
Up on the screen, it was paused on a closed up of Misha's face after her match was over. Jason walked over to the tv placing his hands inside of his pocket. He saw the passion and determination she has in her match. He knew right there this will not be the end of things between them. He will need to know more about her.
"Skylar, learn more about her... I need to know everything about this woman. Even if I don't get a win over her I know she will be someone I will need I have to keep an eye on. I want to make sure I will always be ready for her. I want to know about her family down to the company she runs. I have a feeling this won't be the last dance between us."
Skylar nods as she softly pulling out her phone dialing a few numbers. Jason looked up at Misha's on the screen with a bit of grin because he welcomes the fight.
Promo
Code Red Wrestling
I feel deep down it is actually an honor for myself to be on your roster. I feel deep down it is actually an honor for myself to be among some of who you feel is the best out there.
I might be a bit full of myself at times.
I might feel I am the Prince of Wrestling but it doesn't mean I don't know when to give credit towards ones when it is due. I wasn't raised to think I am shouldn't give respect and honor towards anyone I am facing.
In my eyes, I give respect and honor in a different way than many other so called rookies would towards one who makes the path for a wrestler like me. I step inside of the ring against them. I help to push them to a certain limit. A limit they feel that many in the past have never done with them in the past.
You see I am known to be the type of wrestler that doesn't just believe they need wins on their record to show they are something great in this business. I love placing and displaying matches that could be in the record books.
I love to making history.
I am stepping inside of the ring with a lovely beautiful young woman who isn't a woman wrestler. No point blank. She is a wrestler. Just like how many women in our business have pushed to become in this business.
They don't want to be looked at as a piece of fine ass. They don't want to be looked at as the weakest link among the men. They want to be our equal in this business. There have been many women wrestler that have done just that. They show they are equal with us men in this business.
I will be facing one of those women coming up at Sunday Face Off.
Misha, I could tell deep down she has done everything in her power to show she had what it takes to be inside of that ring.
Now I feel I am doing the same thing every time I step inside of that ring against anyone I will face. It doesn't matter if you male, female or transgender. I am going to walk inside of that match and I will display why I called myself the Prince of Wrestling.
I have faced many types of wrestlers inside of that ring that has done some great things for this business. Once I step inside of that ring with them. They all come to realized I am not just like any rookie who is wet behind the ears so to speak.
I walked inside of that ring and what takes a rookie for many years to get just right. I make very few mistakes. Yes, I make mistakes but not the mistake of taking the other person very lightly. I do not take you lightly. Misha. I know what I am up against. I know what I am facing on Sunday Night Face Off.
I know my cockiness can be a bit of a weakest in the eyes of many people I have faced. They feel the fact that I have so much faith in my abilities that it can drag me down in my match. Instead, after the match is over they realized it is something that
drive me to do my best....
It pushes me.....
It makes me something every last person need never believe could be inside of the soul of a rookie. Ever since I start learning this craft. Ever since I start wanting to let this craft take over my mind, body, and soul. Deep inside of me I feel it has become one in me like a marriage.
A marriage is supposed to be base on how two different people come together. They both have to give and take in order to make it work.
I felt I have done that with my life with wrestling. I give and take to make to show to the craft is it something I want deep down. It is something I lived for. It's something I breathe in every last part of my building.
Wrestling has done that with me. It has given me some of the best fans out there in the world. It has given me some of the best people who love or hate me in this business. It has given me some of the greatest moments in my life.
The one moment I would love to have is to have that shot at becoming Code Red of Wrestling World Heavyweight Champion but in order for them to believe I can be that. I need to go through you, Misha.
I need to show not only you but every last wrestler that I am not all talk. I am not someone trying to use the name of their family to get them a certain point in a company. I am not someone who will use their past achievement to be something to get there.
I will work from the bottom and push myself through the pack to show why I am the best. Why I am what I say I am! People have always felt me calling myself as the Prince of Wrestling was a way to step on the feet of those who laid the path for me in this business.
That will in a sense means I do not care about the path my father and mother have set in this business. That will mean I do not care about the path the one and only Roddy Pipper the Hot Rod have laid down for us all.
Oh no! That isn't the case at all!
Without a foundation how can others build on top of it to make it into something of their own?
Without a foundation how can one feel they have a good support to build their own house on?
You can walk inside of this match truly believe you walking into this match with someone who is just a rookie Misha.
You can walk inside of this match truly believe this will be an easy walk in the park because by the end of the night. You will realize that was a sad mistake you made.
I hope you have done your homework on me because I have done my homework on you. I know what to expect from you inside of the ring Now do you know what to expect from me inside of the ring?
By the time you realized it. It will be too late.
So Misha...
I am not going to be the destroyer of your world...
I am not going to ask if you ready.....
I am going to do what I do day in and day out...
STEAL THE DAMN SHOW
Show to everyone why they called me... .
Prince of Wrestling!
